砂轮在线液体自动平衡系统及其平衡精度的研究

【摘要】 机械振动的问题是工程技术中普遍关心的课题。在磨削加工中,砂轮不平衡量是引起砂轮主轴系统振动、降低磨削质量的主要原因。因此,在磨削工作中,保持砂轮时时处于平衡状态是提高和保证磨削质量的重要措施。 本文系统地研究了砂轮在线液体平衡装置以及微机自动平衡系统,重点论述了砂轮在线液体平衡的理论以及微机自动控制系统。 本文在砂轮手动平衡系统的基础上研制出了砂轮在线液体自动平衡系统,解决了砂轮在线自动平衡的技术难题。在控制原理方面,采用了逐腔比较法的控制算法,代替了传统的Hoffmann公司的相位诊断法。在平衡装置的结构方面,提出以径向注入式结构代替端面注入式结构,克服了目前端面注入式液体平衡装置体积大,各平衡腔体的平衡能力不一致的缺点。 本文还对砂轮平衡精度与加工工件表面粗糙度以及波纹度的影响作了深入地研究,对砂轮平衡精度与加工工件表面质量之间关系进行了理论与实验分析。 本文对砂轮液体自动平衡装置的平衡精度及不平衡量的测量从理论到实践都做了深入研究。通过实验证明:系统方便、精确的实现了砂轮在线实时平衡。本系统实用可靠、平衡能力大、平衡速度快、精度高,具有重要的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The problem of the machine vibration is a lesson of widespread concern in the engineering. In the course of the grinding process, the unbalance of the grinding wheel is the main reason for the vibration of the axis and the low grinding quality. Therefore, in the working process of the grinding operation, keeping the grinding wheel balanced during its working process is an important method for improving and guaranteeing the grinding quality.A microcomputer controlled automatic balance system of grinding wheel on line was researched systematically. The theories, working principle and an automatic balance system controlled by microcomputer were expounded.Based on manual balance device of grinding wheel on line, a automatic balance device of grinding wheel was developed in this paper. A new balance algorithm about automatic balance device of grinding wheel on line was put forward in this paper, In the aspect of the device structure, the radial pouring device also overcomes the shortcomings of large volume of the current end-pouring device.Experimental results show that this system is functional and reliable. Beside, it is easy and convenient in adjusting and controlling, fast (about 1 minute) and accurate in balance, and large in balance capability as well.
