东辛油田营11块沙三段低渗透储层精细描述及数模——兼水平井开发的可行性分析

【摘要】 东辛油田营11块沙三段低渗透油藏是东辛油田主力产油区块,但随着开发程度的深入,逐渐产生了诸如注采效果不佳、井况恶化等问题。多年来,通过采取调整井网、改善压裂技术等方法,也未能从根本上得以解决。本论文则从地质及开发两个角度对该油藏进行了系统、全面的研究。 营11块沙三段地层是半深湖—深湖相滑塌浊积扇体,地层可划分为三个层段,共24个小层,其中沙三中下第18小层砂体全区发育规模大、连通性和连续性、储层物性及含油性都很好,储量占整个沙三储量的85%以上,是工区研究的重点层段。 首次建立了储层测井二次解释地质模型,改进了储层物性参数解释的精度,阐述了砂体在微观及层内表现的强非均质性,而由于沉积环境的特殊性及沉积相带的单一性,平面上则表现为良好的均质性。 异常高压低渗油藏渗流机理研究揭示了启动压力梯度、毛管压力、润湿程度等因素对低渗油田驱替特征及开发效果的影响, 油藏数值模拟研究了储层水淹状况及剩余油分布规律与开发潜力,提出了该油藏水淹相对严重的地区集中在储层物性较好的东北部地区,而南区水淹较弱;南区和北区南部剩余可采储量丰度较高。同时结合剩余油、可采储量、井网状况等进行了水平井可行性分析。

【Abstract】 Ying 11 block, in the Sha III member of Dongxin oilfield, is the major development block of Dongxin oil field, and now in difficult situation, such as poor performance in injection-development and well deterioration, gradually with the thorough development in progress. For many years, many methods, such as well-pattern modification and fracturing, have failed to solve the problems above fundamentally; therefore, the systematic and thorough study concentrated in geology and development is proposed in this thesis.Ying 11 block is characterized in face by slip turbid fan in semi-deep and deep lacustrine, and therefore divided into three sections and overall 24 layers, among which, the 18th layer is the major layer, with a predominant reserve up to 85% of Sha III member, is characterized by favorable connectivity and continuity, reservoir property and oil production, and large scale in the block.According to the second explanation geologic model of reserve logging with improved accuracy of explanation on reservoir property parameters, high heterogeneity is exhibited in the inner and microscopic layer of sand body, however, the favorable lateral homogeneity is existed due to the special depositional environment and simple in depositional facies.The research of seepage theory on the low-permeability reservoir with extra-high pressure revealed the influence of startup pressure gradient, capillary pressure and wetting degree on the development performance and displacement characteristic of low-permeability oilfield. The flooding of reservoir, distribution and development potential of remaining oil is studied with reservoir data simulation so as to propose that the serious flooding is mainly concentrated in the north-east area with favorable reservoir property and less in the south area, therefore more remaining oil reserve is trapped in south and north area. In addition, the feasibility of horizontal well is analyzed combined with the research of remaining oil, recoverable reserve and well pattern and so on discussed above.
