江泽民党建理论创新的总体思路研究

【摘要】 江泽民党建理论创新的集中体现，就是“三个代表”重要思想。以江泽民同志为主要代表的中国共产党人，在建设中国特色社会主义的实践中，深刻总结十三届四中全会以来治党治国治军的新鲜经验，联系党成立以来丰富的历史经验，并根据时代的主题和世界发展的新变化，我国改革开放和现代化建设的新形势，推进社会主义自我完善和发展的新任务，我们党所处的历史方位和肩负的历史使命，以及加强和改进党的建设的实际需要，创立了“三个代表”重要思想。“三个代表”重要思想是面向21世纪中国化的马克思主义，进一步地回答了“什么是社会主义，怎样建设社会主义”的问题，创造性地回答了“建设什么样的党”和“怎样建设党”的问题，是对马克思主义建党学说的丰富和发展，是马克思主义在当代中国发展的最新成果。深入研究江泽民党建理论创新的总体思路，应当全面把握“三个代表”重要思想的时代背景、实践基础、科学内涵、精神实质、历史地位和根本要求，深刻认识“三个代表”重要思想对坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的深远指导意义，进一步澄清各种思想疑惑，不断增强贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性和坚定性。 本文运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，站在新世纪新阶段党和国家事业发展全局的战略高度，以历史的、现实的、世界的和未来的宽广眼界，从理论和实践的结合上，着重研究探讨了江泽民党建理论创新——“三个代表”重要思想的总体思路。全文除导论和结束语之外，主体部分由四篇共九章组成： 第一篇，从长期思考和准备、提出和基本形成、完整的理论体系形成和发展三个阶段，清晰、详实地介绍了“三个代表”重要思想的提出、形成和发展过程。全面阐述了“三个代表”重要思想创立的时代主题和世界发展变化的大背景、国内发展的新条件和实践基础以及党的历史方位和党建新课题的探索与实践。包括第一、二章。 第二篇，着重阐述了“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵和精神实质。具体地阐发了始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求、始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向、始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益的科学内涵，分析了“三个代表”之间的内在联系是一个辩证统一的整体，提出“三个代表”的精神实质是党要始终走在时代前列、永葆先进性。包括第三、四章。 第三篇，论述贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的根本要求，关键在坚持与时俱进，核心在坚持党的先进性，本质在坚持执政为民。着重论证了“三个代表”重要思想的历史地位和指导意义。突出“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义在中国发展的最新成果，是实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的根本指针，是整体推进党建新的伟大工程和中国特色社会主义伟大事业的总的指导思想。包括第五、六章。 第四篇，着重阐述了“三个代表”重要思想是面向新世纪“建设什么样的党”的独创性理论。以比较厚重的篇幅，系统阐述了在新的历史条件下以“三个代表”重要思想为指导回答“怎样建设党”的问题，重点突出理论创新的七个基本点。从贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的实际出发，独特地回答了要始终做到“三个代表”，必须进一步澄清的三个思想疑惑问题。包括第七、八、九章。更多还原

【Abstract】 The centralized reflection of Jiang Zemin’s Party building theory is the important thought of the "Three Represents". The Chinese Communists with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the main representative profoundly summarized the fresh experiences in ruling the Party, the country and the army in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. They put forward the important thought of the "Three Represents" on the basis of the rich historical experiences since the founding of the Communist Party and according to the main theme of the times and the new changes in the world development. The important the thought was put forward also according to the new situation of the reform and opening-up in our country and modernization drive, the new task of advancing self-improvement and development of socialism in China, the historical position and task shouldered by our Party as well as the practical requirement of strengthening and improving Party building. Faced with the 21st century Marxism with Chinese characteristics, the important thought of the "Three Represents" further answered the questions like "What is socialism and how to build socialism?" It creatively answered the questions of "What kind of Party should we build and how to build the Party?" It greatly enriched and developed Marxist theory of Party building. It is the newest achievement of Marxism in modern China. If we want to profoundly study the general thinking of Jiang Zemin’s theoretical innovation in Party Building, we should comprehensively grasp the background of the times, the practical basis, the scientific connotation, the spiritual essence, the historical position and the basic requirement of the "Three Represents". We should fully recognize its profound guidance towards adhering to and developing socialism, further clear various thinking doubts, continuously become more conscious and determined in implementing the important thought of the "Three Represents".From the historical, realistic, world and future point of view, and on the basis of the integration of theory and practice, making use of Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and methods, the thesis mainly approaches the general thinking of Jiang Zemin’s important thought of Party Building, the "Three Represents". The whole thesis is composed of four sections and nine chapters besides the introduction and the concluding remarks.Section One clearly, fully and accurately introduces the process of the proposing, shaping and developing the important thought of the "Three Represents" from the three stages of this theory, that is, the process of long-term thinking and preparation, the process of proposition and shaping, and the process of shaping and development of a whole theoretical system. It comprehensively elaborates the main theme of the times, the background of world development and changes, the new conditions of development at home, the practical basis, the position of the Party as well as the research and practice of the new tasks in Party building. This section comprises Chapter One and Two.Section Two expounds the scientific connotation and the spiritual essence of the important thought of the "Three Represents". This section eoncretely elucidates the scientific connotation of the "Three Represents", that is, to always represent thedevelopment trend of the China’s advanced productive forces, the orientation of China’s advanced culture, and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. It points out that the internal relation among the three represents is a dialectical unity and proposes that the spiritual essence of the "Three Represents" is that the Party should always keep its progressiveness. This section is composed of Chapter Three and Four.Section Three argues that in the implementation of the important thought of the "Three Represents" is, in essence, to keep pace with the times, maintain the Party’s progressiveness and exercise the state power in the interest of the people.
