汽车平顺性技术理论与实践研究

【摘要】 汽车平顺性是汽车技术发展的四大研究课题之一。本课题首次运用国际先进的数据采集系统和便携式笔记本电脑对汽车进行在线平顺性试验,根据国际标准ISO2631/CD-1991对汽车平顺性进行综合评价,首次提出了脉冲输入下汽车平顺性健康评价指标,为脉冲输入下汽车平顺性的质量评价提供了直接的判断依据。首次运用小波分析技术对汽车平顺性进行了分析,为汽车平顺性分析提供了更加科学的分析手段,也为汽车平顺性振动特征的研究奠定了理论基础。运用随机振动理论和计算机技术对汽车进行了模拟仿真,建立了汽车平顺性仿真模型,该仿真模型为汽车设计和开发提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Automobile smooth-going characteristic is one of four research subjects in the automobile technology developing future. This paper carries on automobile smooth-going characteristic test, firstly using data gathering system and portable computer. Automobile smooth-going characteristic is synthetically evaluated according to IOS26311CD-1991. Automobile smooth-going characteristic body health evaluating data is set up under the pulse. Wavelets analysis is firstly used in analyzing automobile-smooth-going characteristic. Wavelets analysis provides scientific method and theory basis for the automobile smooth-going characteristic analyzing. Automobile smooth-going characteristic imitating model is set up. This model provide theory basis for zhe automobile design and development.
