竖向荷载作用下梁板式筏形基础基底反力及变形特征研究

【摘要】 梁板式筏形基础是筏形基础的一种,它被广泛应用于多层、高层建筑及其裙房的基础,如何正确地进行梁板式筏基的设计是一个在实际工程中急待解决的问题。本文通过室内大型模型试验,对天然地基上的相同梁高、不同板厚的单跨和多跨梁板式筏形基础与地基共同作用问题进行了深入探讨,独立地得出了梁板式筏基在大、小荷载作用下的不同变形特征和基底反力分布规律,并根据试验数据所反映出的变形规律,给出了大、小荷载作用下简化的基底反力分布模式,并根据试验所得的冲切破坏模式提出了梁板式筏基的冲切计算方法;同时编制了有限元程序对这种结构进行了数值计算,肋梁截面数值计算结果同试验实测数据吻合得较好,板格截面数值计算结果同试验实测数据吻合得较差,尚待进一步解决。

【Abstract】 Slab-and-beam raft foundation is a kind of raft foundation, and it is widely used in multi-story buildings, high-rise buildings and their skirt buildings. So how to correctly designing this kind of foundation is a heated problem, which should be solved for practical engineering. Based on simulated test, this paper discusses the interaction of soil and single-span and multi-span slab-and-beam raft foundations that are composed of the same height beams and different thickness slabs. Both the deformation and contact pressure of raft foundation have been measured. By the simulated test, the different deformation and contact pressure characteristic of slab-and-beam raft foundation under lower and higher loads have been found independently, furthermore the simplified contact pressure distribution is given. The punching calculation method is brought forward according to the punching failure of test specimen. In addition, a finite-element-method software has been made, and it has been used to analyze numerically the interaction of slab-and-beam foundation with the subsoil. The numerical value to be solved almost coincides with the test for the beam sections. But for the slab sections the numerical value does not coincide well with the test, further research should be done to solve this problem.
