带式输送机动态称重检测理论与试验研究

【摘要】 现在国内外研究机构做了大量的工作来提高固体散状物料的精确称重,其研究方向主要集中在对承载器结构的分析、校验方法的改善和传感器精度的提高上,而很少从输送带本身力学变化对称重精度的影响进行研究。当输送带上的物料出现大小不均匀和分布不均匀的情况时,输送带会产生凹凸不平的情况,使输送带受力不均匀,引起输送带内部的张力的变化,同时也会引起运行阻力的变化,从而影响其称重精度。输送带张力和物料的重量直接相关,由于输送带张力的不可测量,故本文选择输送带悬垂度变量对输送带张力以及物料重量进行标定,提出一种新的检测方法,为修正张力变化所引起的称重误差奠定理论基础。本文从带式输送机的称重原理入手,对称重原理、称重的检测方法以及计量误差进行了详细的分析和深入的研究。在分析了输送带的粘弹性特征的基础上,对带式输送机中相邻两托辊间输送带进行的受力情况的分析,给出了带式输送带的力学模型。建立输送带张力和物料重量之间在考虑压陷阻力的情况下的粘弹性力学方程、输送带悬垂曲线方程以及输送带张力的计算方程。提出了输送带悬垂曲线—物料重量的检测方法。针对均布载荷工况进行试验研究,将试验数据结果同数值计算得到的数据结果进行对比,验证理论的正确性。
【Abstract】 There is a lot of work to improve the accurate weighing of solid material in home and abroad.The research mainly concentrated on analysis of bearing device structure, calibration method andsensor precision. The research of tention change was little. When there are much uneven sizematerial on the belt, uneven belt can cause non-uniform stress and tension change in the belt. It willchange weighting accuracy. Now, tension can not be measured, so the paper establis a relationshipbetween belt hanging and material weight to fix the weighing error of tension chang.On the basis of analysising the viscoelastic characteristics of the conveyor belt, we analysisthe forces between the two adjacent conveyor roller. And we give the mechanical model of the beltconveyo, estabish the viscoelasticity equation between the conveyor and material weight underindentation resistane, hanging curve equation of conveyor belt and tension equation of conveyorbelt. We get the mathematical model of tension equation of conveyor belt-hanging curve equationof conveyor belt-material weight. Large number of test was completed on the distributed loads andconcentrated loads, and large amounts of data was gotten. At last, we analyzed the results of the testand calibration using the Finite Element Method. These studies will improve the accuracy of theweighing.
