煤层气产能预测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文研究了煤层气储层的特性、赋存及产气机理,分析了煤层气排采过程中压力传递、吸附解吸、渗透率的影响因素和变化规律以及煤体吸附量、孔隙半径、储层压力三者之间的关系,建立了不同排采阶段压力与孔隙半径、吸附半径、吸附量之问的变化模型。根据气、水两相流动阶段煤丛质的正效应和煤裂隙系统的负效应、煤层气吸附-解吸特征结合压裂后渗透率预测模型,建立了两相流压力平稳传递阶段、两相流压力仅在某些方向传递过程中的渗透率变化模型。基于达西定律,考虑煤基质的正效应和排采过程中的负效应,结合历史排采资料,应用归一化思想和历史拟合法分别建立了低产水井、中产水井、高产水井产水量预测模型。根据达西定律结合煤层气井产气特点,分别建立了产水量、产气量预测模型。并且采用ASP.NET、ADO.NET等技术在.NET平台C#开发环境下实现了B/s结构的煤层气产能预测系统的框架设计;以潘庄区块为预测对象,生成产水量、产气量预测曲线,最终结论与该区块产能情况丛本符合,验证了此模型的适用性。

【Abstract】 The paper studied the characteristics of coal reservoirs,occurance, gas production mechanism, annlyses the influence factors and changes on pressure transmission, adsorption-desorption and permeability and the relationship among adsorption quantity of coal, pore radius and reservoir pressure. Based on it,the paper establish the model between pressure and adsorption radius,pore radius, adsorption quantity.According to gas, water two-phase stage of coal matrix’s positive effects and coal fracture system’s negative effects, coal bed methane adsorption-desorption, with permeability prediction model after fracturing,the paper established a permeability change model when two-phase pressure pass stabely and two-phase flow pressure only pass in some other direction. Based on Darcy’s law, considering the positive effects of the coal matrix and negative effects of row mining process, combined with the historical mining discharge data, applying normalization ideology and history fitting method,the paper established water production prediction model on low-yield water wells,middle-yield water wells and high-yield water wells. According to Darcy’s law, combined with gas production characteristics of coal bed methane wells, both water production and gas production predation model were established.And under the C#development environment,the paper achives the frame design on coalbed methane of production capacity of B/S structure by ASP.NET、ADO.NET,ect. Regarded the Panzhuang block as prediction object, the predicition curves of water production and gas production are created. Eventually conclusion is fitted with production capacity of Panzhuang block,and it shows the model is suitable.
