青岛富水砂层隧道变形机理及其控制对策研究

【摘要】 结合青岛地铁富水砂层段隧道工程实例,采用理论分析、室内土工试验、现场试验等手段揭示了青岛富水砂层的工程特性,指出了青岛砂层粘粒含量高、强度大、土层薄、隧道施工中往往处于土岩二元复合地层的特殊性。通过数值模拟、物理模型实验,模拟了富水砂层隧道开挖变形的过程,运用收敛变形分析法、应力状态法、掌子面挤出量与约束力对比判断法对青岛富水砂层隧道进行了稳定性分析,揭示了青岛砂土层本身强度较高、水是其最主要破坏因素的变形机理。结合实际工程,提出了相应的稳定性控制对策,指出采用新意法施工,超前加固隧道掌子面核心土,能对富水砂层段隧道变形起到良好的控制作用,研究了新意法施工的控制技术,并采用抗压强度测试及跟踪监测等手段对新意法施工效果进行了分析,进一步验证了新意法对富水砂层的适用性,提出了对地层隆起和桩体角度控制是施工控制的关键。
【Abstract】 Taking Qingdao subway tunnel case as example, theoretical analysis, laboratory tests and fieldtests were used to research on the engineering characteristics of Qingdao water-rich sand stratum. Itwas found that Qingdao sand was of high clay content and intensity, and the sand layer was thin, also,tunnel construction was often under a particular condition of soil-rock compound strata. Numericalsimulation and physical model experiment were combined to simulate the deformation processduring the tunnel excavation of water-rich sand stratum, and convergence deformation analysis,stress state constraints, extrusion and binding contrast judgment method were combined to analyzethe stability of Qingdao water rich-sand stratum tunnel, thus, it was revealed that the high-strengthsand layer is the most main damage factor of deformation mechanism. Considering practicalengineering, the corresponding control countermeasures were put forward, and it was pointed outthat ADECO-RS had a good control effect on the tunnel deformation of rich-water sand stratum bystrengthening core soil of tunnel face in advance. Also, the construction control technology ofADECO-RS was studied, and compressive strength tests and monitoring measures were adopted toanalyze the applicability of ADECO-RS, so, it was further verified that ADECO-RS was effectiveand that strata uplift and pile Angle control were key for construction control.
