钢管混凝土支架结构抗弯性能研究及应用

【摘要】 本文通过理论分析、实验室测试、数值模拟等方法研究了钢管混凝土构件和抗弯强化钢管混凝土构件的抗弯性能。实验研究了Φ194×10mm钢管混凝土构件在纯弯作用下的平截面变形假设、中性层偏移规律、以及抗弯承载力,建立了钢管混凝土直梁位移与中性层偏移量关系式。结合直梁四点弯曲实验数据,理论推导了钢管混凝土直梁试件的抗弯承载力计算公式,并通过有限元软件模拟对比分析了直梁构件的参数影响因素。另外,通过室内实验测试研究了钢管混凝土圆弧拱和抗弯强化钢管混凝土圆弧拱构件的承载力,以及核心混凝土强度对于圆弧拱构件承载力的影响,并通过有限元软件模拟对比分析了圆弧拱构件的参数影响因素。模拟分析了钢管混凝土支架在查干淖尔矿主斜井极软弱岩层巷道中的受力状态,明确了巷道围岩挤压大变形对钢管混凝土支架产生的弯矩作用是支架破坏的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了基于钢管混凝土支架的超前注浆+早强-抗弯型钢管混凝土支架+早强-抗弯-让压型混凝土碹体的复合支护方案,并将该复合支护技术应用到北皂煤矿极软弱围岩H2304运输联络巷支护方案设计中。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the flexural performance of Concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) straight beams and bending-reinforced ones under the condition of purebending by the ways of theoretical analysis, laboratory tests and numerical simulation.It researched the plane section assumption, deviation law of neutral layer, and theflexural bearing capacity of Φ194×10mm CFST members with the mechanicalcondition of pure bending, and built up the relationship between the displacement andthe deviation value of neutral layer. Based on the test results mentioned above, acalculation formula was built. Some factor effects of the flexural performance wereanalyzed. Moreover, the bearing capacity of the arch-shaped CFST members wasobtained by the laboratory test, and some factor effects were also analyzed. Accordingto the analysis of failure mode of CFST support in extremely soft rock surroundingsupporting project, the reasons for the deformation failure of the support was obtained.Considering the big deformation in the extremely soft rock surrounding, a newsupporting scheme was proposed, which consists of pre-grouting technology,bending-reinforced CFST supports and early-hardening-bending-pressure-relieftechnology, which can realize the stability of the extremely soft rock surrounding.
