【摘要】 当前,消费经济时代,旅游产业已经成为了世界第一大产业。而在我国,旅游产业已经上升为国民经济的战略支柱性产业。现代旅游产业综合性强、关联效应明显、产业链长,已经极大地突破了传统旅游业的范围,广泛涉及并交叉渗透到许多相关行业和产业中,影响、带动和促进与之相关联的行业发展。旅游发展成为区域发展不可忽视的力量。旅游业能够提供大量就业机会。20世纪后期,旅游城镇化现象开始凸现,成为城镇化发展的一种模式,丰富了新型城镇化发展的手段。本文研究主要分为以下几个部分：第一章：绪论部分,综合对比国内外学者对旅游城镇化定义的基础上,界定旅游城镇化的概念,深入分析其内涵。对本文研究的旅游城镇化的相关理论进行梳理,并评述国内外研究进展。阐述研究的背景与目的意义,概括本文的主要研究内容并绘制本文研究的技术路线。第二章：旅游城镇化的发展与定量研究。从旅游城镇化的现象出发,分析国内外的旅游城镇化现象。从资源指向性、城市功能性质变化、产业结构、城市空间结构、人口属性等方面总结旅游城镇化的特征表现,在此基础上,首先选取单项指标数据从旅游经济发展的空间差异、多年旅游收入与城镇化发展的相关性来判断旅游与城镇化的关系；然后利用多项综合指标,借鉴他人研究成果,分别建立城镇化综合发展指标体系和旅游综合发展指标体系,在省域尺度上进行评价,分析二者的省域空间分异特征,并说明原因,根据城镇化综合评价与旅游综合评价的结果,建立二者的耦合协调度模型,判断城镇化发展与旅游发展的耦合协调程度；最后,构建旅游城镇化发展指数,衡量省域尺度上旅游城镇化的发展水平,划分发展层级,并对其空间分异特征进行研究。第三章：旅游城镇化的发展模式研究。本章是本文的核心部分之一。综合考量国内外旅游城镇化典型案例的发展过程,提出国内外旅游城镇化的发展模式,研究各个模式内部的主要类型,分析每个类型中典型案例的发展现状、发展特点、形成机制,并对各个类型发展提出相应的发展路径。最后,利用特尔菲法,从各个模式发展要素的角度,建立指标体系进行评价,以便更好的辨识各个模式的发展特征。第四章：旅游城镇化发展的机制研究。这是本文的重点内容。分别从旅游城镇化发展的动力机制、外部性机制、调控机制对旅游城镇化的发展机制进行深入探讨,其中,动力机制包含资源条件、旅游市场的供给、区位交通可达性、旅游产业关联效应、旅游目的地增长极作用等五个方面内容,外部性机制包含区域经济消长、载体城市形象变化、不同文化的冲突与融合、环境的利用与保护四方面的内容。调控机制包括政府规划引导、发展政策保障、外来投资准入机制、旅游目的地形象的设计与宣传、旅游发展的应激机制五方面的内容。第五章：吉林省旅游城镇化的发展实证。从吉林省旅游发展的资源本底出发,对吉林省旅游发展现状分析,应用第二章所建立的旅游城镇化发展指数,对吉林省旅游城镇化的发展进行总体评价,通过对吉林省旅游城镇化典型案例进行分析,研究其发展机制,并根据第三章的内容模式评价体系对吉林省典型案例进行模式判定,最后对吉林省旅游城镇化的发展从政策保障、制度保障两方面提出相应的政策措施。第六章：研究结论与展望。在国家大力倡导新型城镇化发展的背景下,本文认为旅游城镇化可以作为我国新型城镇化发展的一种模式。旅游与我国城镇化的发展存在着相互作用关系,旅游城镇化的发展是旅游目的地旅游发展与当地城镇化共同作用的结果。就全国范围来看,虽然旅游发展已经对区域经济发展起到重要作用,但旅游城镇化现象的显现具有局地性,在大尺度上进行定量研究,略显牵强。未来应该加大对旅游城镇化明显区域的研究。本文的定量分析不足,定量方法的选择与模型的构建,是论文进一步的研究方向。旅游城镇化模式的划分不够细致,稍显笼统。影响旅游城镇化发展的因素是多方面的,未来研究应该针对组要影响要素对发展模式进行更加细致的划分。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Tourism Industry has become the first industry in the world in recent years in consumption economy times. In our country, The Tourism Industry has become the strategic pillar industry. Modern tourism industry comprehensive, related degree, a long industrial chain, has greatly exceeded the scope of traditional tourism. The Tourism Industry have widely involved and infiltrated into many related industries and industries, which affected the development of other industries. Tourism becomes the important strength of regional development. Tourism can provide a lot of job opportunities. The phenomenon of Tourist urbanization appeared in late20th century. Tourist urbanization became a model for urban development. This paper is divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction. Comprehensive comparison of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism based on the definition of urbanization, this paper defined the concept of tourist towns and in-depth analysis of its meaning. By carding tourism urbanization theory, this paper described the background and purpose of significance. Simultaneously, this paper summarizes the main research contents and drew the technical line.The second chapter:Tourism development of urbanization and quantitative research. By analyzing the phenomenon of domestic and foreign tourist towns, this paper summarized the characteristics of tourism urbanization from the aspect of resource directivity, urban functions, industrial structure, urban spatial structure and Population Properties. On this basis, this paper studied the relationship between tourism and urbanization by use of different data. This paper created the Tourism Urbanization Development Index measure provincial scale tourism development level of urbanization.The third chapter:the development Model of Tourism Urbanization. This chapter is a core part of this article. This paper proposed domestic and international development model of tourism urbanization.There are several types in each model.They have different development status, development characteristics, formation mechanism, and the development of various types propose appropriate development path. Lastly, establishing index system appraised the development of various types by using the Delphi method.The fourth chapter:the Tourism Urbanization Development Mechanism. Dynamic mechanism includes resources, tourism market supply, regional transportation accessibility, tourism industry correlation effects, the role of growth poles tourist destination. External mechanisms include regional economic growth and decline, changes in the city’s image carrier, different cultural conflict and integration, utilization and protection of the environment. Regulatory mechanisms, including government planning guidance, develop policies to protect, access mechanism inward investment and tourism destination image design and promotion, tourism development stress mechanism.The fifth chapter:the development of Tourism urbanization in Jilin.By analysising Jilin Provincial Tourism Development, Application of Chapter II established tourism urbanization index, Jilin Tourism urbanization overall evaluation, Jilin Tourism Urbanization through typical case analysis, research its development mechanisms and modes according to the third chapter evaluation system mode determination Jilin typical case, the last of Jilin Tourism urbanization from the policy support system to protect both propose appropriate policy measures.Chapter6:Conclusions and Prospects. At the nation advocate the development of new urbanization context, this paper argues tourist towns can be seen as China’s new pattern of urbanization. There is interaction between tourism and development of China’s urbanization. the development of tourism urbanization tourist destination tourism development and local urbanization result of joint action. On the national level, although tourism development has already played an important role in regional economic development, but the manifestation of the phenomenon of tourism urbanization with local resistance, quantitative study on a large scale, slightly far-fetched. In the future should increase the tourism urbanization obvious Regional Research. This paper lack of quantitative analysis, quantitative methods of selection and model construction, is the orientation for further research. Tourism Urbanization patterns divided not detailed enough, slightly vague. many factors affect tourism urbanization, future research should focus group to influence factors on the development model for a more detailed division.更多还原
