【摘要】 现代服务业集聚是现代服务业发展中的新型业态,现代服务业集聚发展是提升城市服务功能的有效途径,为城市二、三产业的联动发展和产业结构不断优化升级提供重要支撑,是城市现代服务业发展的重要载体及突破口。大连将国际航运、物流、区域性金融中心及现代产业集聚区作为自己的城市定位,战略目标是东北亚重要国际性城市,努力推动现代服务业发展。大连目前正在努力推进现代服务业空间集聚,加快现代服务业科学发展。但在现代服务业集聚过程中,还存在规模较小、档次较低、集聚不明显等问题,集聚内部驱动力欠缺,尚未获得高级阶段的效应及集聚效果。因此,现代服务业集聚和发展动力机制体系的科学构建,现代服务业空间集聚的组织模式与推进策略都是值得深入研究的重要命题。本论文以大连市现代服务业空间集聚及其组织模式为主要研究内容,通过对现代服务业空间集聚等相关概念、理论与方法的梳理总结,探讨大连市现代服务业空间集聚的影响因素与动力机制,分析大连市现代服务业集聚的业态特征与组织模式,研究提出促进现代服务业空间集聚的推进策略。研究内容共分6部分：第1章为绪论部分,主要阐述本文现代服务业的选题背景与研究意义,整理相关问题研究进展,说明本论文的研究思路、技术路线、研究内容、研究方法及创新点。第2章为现代服务业空间集聚的理论基础与发展实践。主要对现代服务业相关理论、方法与主要观点进行梳理总结,结合国内外现代服务业集聚发展实践,进而总结提取现代服务业发展的成功经验与模式。第3章为大连市现代服务业空间集聚特征、影响因素与动力机制。主要包括分析大连市现代服务业空间集聚的发展历程、特征问题、影响因素及其重要性评价、动力机制等内容。第4章为大连市现代服务业空间集聚的组织模式。主要包括大连市现代服务业业态集聚特征分析,典型区域的现代服务业空间集聚组织模式探讨等内容。第5章为大连市现代服务业空间集聚的推进策略。主要研究大连市现代服务业空间集聚发展的思路与原则、政府角色定位、发展路径以及具体对策等。第6章为结论与展望。对本文的研究结论及主要观点进行整理,并分析研究中的不足,提出未来研究展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern service industry cluster is the new form in the development of modern service industries. As an effective way to improve city services, modern service industry cluster provides important support for the interactive development between the secondary and tertiary industries and the industrial structure optimization and upgrading. It also features the important carrier and impetus for the development of the modern service industries. At present, Dalian is working to promote spatial concentration of modern service industries, which will accelerate the scientific development of modern service industry. But in the process of modern service industry cluster, there still exist some problems such as small scale, lower grad and weak agglomeration. Due to lack of motivation, it can only obtain passive and primary agglomeration effects. Therefore, the science construction of the modern service cluster and dynamic mechanism, and the organizational model and promotion strategies of modern service industry spatial cluster are important propositions worthy of further study. The paper focuses on the modern service industry spatial cluster and organizational model of Dalian, discussing the influencing factors and the incentive system of modern service industries spatial cluster in Dalian through summarizing the concepts, theories and methods of modern service industry spatial clustering. It analyzes the characteristics and organizational model, proposes methods to promote the spatial cluster of modern service industry. The research is divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the chosen item, sorts out issues related to research progress and explains basic thoughts, technical route, research content, methods and innovation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and development practice of modern service industry spatial clustering. It sorts out the general theories, methods and ideas of the modern service industry, and then puts forward successful experience and development mode of the modern service industry by combining with the development of modern service industries cluster at home and abroad.The third chapter discusses the characteristics, influencing factors and the incentive system of modern service industry spatial cluster in Dalian. It mainly analyzes the development, the characteristics, the problems, the influencing factors, the importance, and the incentive system concerning the modern service industry spatial cluster. The forth chapter discusses the organizational model of the modern service industry spatial cluster in Dalian. It mainly analyzes the characteristics of modern service industry agglomeration and probes into the organizational model of modern service industry cluster of the typical areas.The fifth chapter brings forward the strategies of promoting the modern service industry spatial cluster in Dalian. It mainly studies the ideas and principles, the role of the government, the development path and the specific measures concerning the modern service industry spatial cluster of Dalian.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
