浓密膏体管道输送阻力计算方法研究

【摘要】 浓密膏体的管道输送是一个新兴的技术领域,管道输送摩阻损失是关键参数之一。本文以建立浓密膏体管道输送阻力计算模型为目标,首先通过测试膏体的物理特性参数来界定研究物料的范畴;从摩阻损失产生机理出发,总结了影响膏体阻力特性的主要因素;设计了试验平台,以煤泥为例在液压管式流变与阻力特性测试装置上通过试验得出了流速、管径、体积浓度和输送距离与摩阻损失的关系形式;设计正交试验,通过方差分析比较了流速、管径、体积浓度对于膏体单位长度管道输送摩阻损失的影响程度大小;在此基础上推导出吸附阻力系数和黏性阻力系数的关系式,得到阻力计算公式;在φ200循环管道输送系统上开展水平直管和局部管件压力损失的试验研究,对阻力计算公式进行验证,最后总结了通过少量试验预测工业现场摩阻损失的试验方法。

【Abstract】 Pipeline transportation technology of dense pastes is a new research field. The friction resistance loss is one of key parameters. This paper regards establishing a dense paste pipeline resistance calculation model as the goal, firstly the research material category is defined through the test of paste physical characteristic parameters; On the basis of studying the friction resistance loss mechanism, we summarize the main fectors that influence the paste resistance characteristics; The relationship forms between the flow rate, diameter, volume concentration, transport distance and resistance loss are obtained though the transportation test taking coal slime as example on the hydraulic-control pipe rheological and resistance test facility. By the orthogonal tests, the order of the key factors is obtained according to the degree to which they could affect the unit length pipeline friction resistance loss of paste through the analysis of variance; On that basis we get the relationship form of adsorption resistance coefficient and viscosity resistance coefficient between volume concentration and derive the resistance calculation formula; The test study of the straight pipe and local fittings pressure loss is carried out on(?)200mm circular pipeline system, which proves the validity of calculation formula. Lastly the test method is concluded that the friction resistance loss in practical engineering can be predicted though a small number of tests.
