城市水景观体系规划研究

【摘要】 城市的发展不仅是城市经济的快速增长,更是城市生态环境的和谐发展。城市自然景观的破碎化,和城市特色的缺失伴随着城市化进程已经影响到城市生活品质,并由此引起了各界的共同关注。关于城市水景观的建设问题,长期以来都是水利工作者基于水生态环境而进行的治理工作。伴随着城市景观规划与设计工作的深入发展,更多的城市规划与设计工作者将目光投入城市水景观建设中,目前对城市水景观规划与建设,缺乏整体性的规划,从而使城市水系景观建设处于城市水系建设中的点状式、片断性的发展。针对我国现阶段城市水景观建设现状和研究进展,提出“城市水景观体系规划”的概念,通过水绿网络化建设,以期形成具有良好生态效应、兼具城市游憩功能的水景观体系。通过研究宏观区域水景观空间,提出优化区域水系结构,着眼水系生态问题解决水景观的基础构建。在中观层以城市空间形态和空间属性两个方面,研究居于城市中的水景观建设内容。城市空间形态分别从水景观主题定位、水景观的点、线、面进行多层次研究、水景观的一维、二维、三维进行多方位研究;城市空间属性从时间维度、自然维度、人工维度和交通维度分析水系在城市景观空间存在的形态。文章以定性的研究形式去阐述城市水景观理论,并以可达性作为研究技术分析盐城水景观体系的布局形式。文章的局限性在于目前所采纳的案例较少,而且所选择的案例是具有自然优势特征、水网密布的城市。严格来说,水景观体系的建立需要选取大量、广博的地方城市,分布于全国各流域、区域、多类型的大中小城市,这样的研究才具有普通性和适用性。同时,研究的深度的还处于规划面层,并未涉及到城市水系的微观层,即河段的景观规划。在技术面层上,采用地理信息技术分析水系景观的可达性并以此来确定水景观的布局,由于受人力和时间的客观条件限制,研究的深入不够,没有实现多技术手段分析和比对,使研究内容缺乏可比性。需要指出的是,城市水景观是非常复杂的系统,涉及内容众多,由于个人能力有限,加之目前本研究的总体水平还处于一个相对初期的阶段,所提出的理论并不是全局的框架。最后,结语部分对本研究进行归纳总结,并对今后的进一步研究进行了展望,提出若干研究方向和领域。

【Abstract】 The development of the city is not only the rapid growth of the urban economy, but is theharmonious development of the urban ecological environment. Urban fragmentation of thenatural landscape, and the absence of the city’s character associated with the process ofurbanization has affected the quality of urban life, and thus cause the common concern of allcircles.The construction of urban river landscape, has long been the management of riverconservancy workers based on water ecological environment. Along with the in-depthdevelopment of the urban landscape planning and design work,more workers look into urbanriver landscape construction. Lack of holistic planning to the urban river landscape so that Urbanriver system landscape construction in the development of point-like style and fragmentary in theconstruction of urban river systems. In the present, point to the status and research progress ofurban river landscape construction. Putting forward the concept of “landscape of urban riversystem planning”. Through the construction of water-green networking, in order to form a systemwith good ecological effects and city recreational function of river landscapes.By studying the macro regional water landscape space, the optimization of regional riversystem structure and focus on the aquatic ecological problems to be solved about river landscapebuild has been put forward. Meso-layer urban spatial form and spatial attributes, research livingin urban river landscape construction content. Urban spatial form, respectively, from thepositioning of the river landscape theme, river landscape point, line, surface, multi-level riverlandscape,one-dimensional,two-dimensional,three-dimensional,multi-faceted research. Attributesof urban space from the time dimension, the natural dimension, the human dimension and trafficdimension analysis of the morphology of the river system in the urban landscape space. Thearticle expounded the theory of urban river landscape, a form of qualitative research and analysisof the layout of the system in the form of Yancheng river landscape reachability as researchtechniques.The limitations of the article is adopted fewer cases, and the case has a natural advantagecharacteristics of the city over the water network. Strictly speaking, the establishment of a riverlandscape systems need to select a large, extensive local cities, distributed to cities and towns inthe country basin, regional,multi-type, this study only has ordinary and applicability. The sametime, the depth of the research is still in the planning surface, does not involve a microscopiclayer of urban water systems, river landscape planning. In the technological surface layer, usinggeographic information technologies to analyze the reachability of river system landscape inorder to determine the layout of the river landscape.Due to the objective conditions of the timeand manpower, the depth of the study is not enough, there is no means of multi-technologyanalysis and comparison, so the comparability of the research content is lack of. It should be noted that the urban river landscape is a very complex system involvingnumerous content, due to the limited capacity of individuals, in addition to the overall level of theresearch is still in a relatively early stage, the framework of the proposed theory is not a global.Finally, the last section of the study are summarized, outlook the further study in the future andmade a number of research areas.
