基于本体的汽配行业外协加工服务业务协作方法研究

【摘要】 本文结合国家863课题和浙江省重大科技攻关项目,以汽配行业为研究对象,对基于本体的汽配行业外协加工服务业务协作方法进行了深入研究。汽配行业如何从现有的MTS制造模式向ATO制造模式转变,快速响应市场的需求,关键方法之一是实现企业间的紧密业务协作。本文提出通过外协加工服务平台对资源进行更为有效的配置,提高行业外协加工服务能力水平。第一章分析了本文的研究背景和研究目的,在研究制造服务、业务协作、本体技术国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了本文的主要研究内容和拟解决的问题。第二章主要研究了汽配行业外协加工服务模式,业务协作知识建模需求,本体建模及集成方法。建立了外协加工服务业务协作知识本体和过程本体,对外协加工服务业务协作本体进行了集成进行了研究,提出了外协加工服务业务协作知识本体集成以及知识本体与过程本体集成的方法。第三章对基于本体的外协加工服务业务协作资源配置及任务分解进行了研究,建立任务本体、资源本体和计划本体模型实现业务协作资源配置及任务分解。提出了外协加工服务业务协作两阶段资源配置方法,基于平台的资源配置本体查询、搜索和映射发现方法,利用基于结构语义相似度改进算法实现了业务协作资源配置,并进行了实例验证。利用基于混沌理论的混合粒子群算法进行外协加工服务业务协作任务分解,通过算例验证了算法的可行性。第四章研究了基于本体的外协加工服务业务协作运行及调度技术,建立了多维矩阵式业务协作组织模型,业务协作运作参考模型BCOR和Web服务本体。通过对Web服务本体和资源本体的集成实现业务协作的运行,用实例验证了方法的正确性。提出了业务协作链的定义,利用基于Petri网的方法构建了业务协作链,利用基于贪婪算法的方法对业务协作链进行了优化。对外协加工服务业务协作执行过程实时调度进行了研究,提出了外协加工服务实时调度六元组模型,利用基于S-DAG的方法实现外协加工服务实时调度过程,建立了服务执行过程异常处理机制。第五章建立了面向汽配行业的外协加工服务业务协作平台,在分析汽配行业制造资源的云状特征,外协加工服务业务协作的集群特性以及外协加工服务业务协作平台特点的基础上,提出了外协加工服务业务协作平台五层次体系架构和六大功能模块,并用原型系统实例验证了全文方法的有效性。第六章对全文所作的工作进行了总结,并对今后的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Sponsored by the National High-Tech. R&D Program, China (No.2006AA04Z157); and the Key Science&Technology Program of Zhejiang Province, China (No.2006C11237), this dissertation researched the business collaboration method in automobile parts industry outsourcing based ontology. How to transfer MTS manufacturing model to ATO manufacturing model, get quick response to market, the key method is to elaborate tight business collaboration between enterprises. This dissertation supposed a platform for outsourcing resources be well configured. Thus it could rise up the industry’s manufacturing services level.Chapter Ⅰ analyzed the background and target of this dissertation, based on the research of manufacturing services, business collaboration and ontology technology, the targted problems and goal was proposed.Chapter Ⅱ mainly studied the service model of outsourcing in automobile parts industry, as well as the requirement of knowledge modeling, the ontology modeling and integration method. Then the knowledge ontology and process ontology was built in the domain of collaboration in outsouring manufacturing. Main discussion about knowledge ontology integration and knowledge ontology integrated to process ontology was adopted.Chapter Ⅲ researched the resources configuration and task resolution in outsouring manufacturing service collaboration. Task ontology, resource ontology and plan ontology was built to realize the resources configuration and task resolution. A two-step configuration method was proposed, as well as ontology retrieving and ontology mapping discovering. A case study of resource configuration was analysed by using the algorithm of structure and semantic similarity calculation. In the end of this Chapter, a chaos Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method was proposed to solove task resolution in outsourcing manufacturing collaboration.Chapter Ⅳ researched the operation and dispatching method in outsourcing manufacturing collaboration based on ontology. A matrix organization structure and business collaboration operation reference as well ase web service ontology was built. According to the integration of web service ontology and resource ontology, the business collobartion could be carried out, in which an instance showed us the result. Furthermore, the BCC(Bussiness Collaboration Chain, BCC)was defined, and a business collaboration chain was built in Petri Net, the greedy alogrithm was adopted in optimization of the business collaboration Chain.Afterwards, the real-time dispatching of task in outsourcing manufacturing collaboration was researched. A Six-Tuple was proposed in outsourcing manufacturing real-time dispatching. A S-DAG study about outsourcing manufacturing service was showed, In the end, the mechanism of dealing rules about abnormal cases was built up.Chapter Ⅴ built up the platform for outsourcing collaboration in auto-parts industry, under considering the cloud characristics of the manufacturing resources, the cluster characristics and the platform’s characristics, a five leve architecture about the platform was adopted, as well as six modules. A prototype system verified what the dissertation said was correct.Chapter VI summarized the whole research, and some suggestion was given for the further research in the future.
