【摘要】 本论文依据相关理论,研究了国内外产业集群发展模式,分析了建筑陶瓷产业链以及国内建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式现状,提出了新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的构建、评价与保障思路,并建立了灰色关联评价模型,以高安、法库、夹江为例对新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式进行了实证研究。具体来说,本文的主要研究包括：第一,分析了论文的研究背景和研究意义,并通过对国内外相关文献的系统探讨,确定了本文的逻辑思路和研究方法。在此基础上,以产业集群理论为基本理论基础,以循环经济理论、经济可持续发展理论为重要原则和理念,借鉴种群理论的宏观视角和组织管理方法,指明了产业集群发展模式的总方向。第二,剖析了产业集群发展模式及建筑陶瓷产业集群中产业链构成要素。首先,基于产业集群产生原因的差异性,本部分将国内外现有产业集群发展模式分为内生性产业集群发展模式与外生性产业集群发展模式两大类。在此分类基础上,研究并探讨了各产业集群发展模式的优缺点。继而对建筑陶瓷产业集群中的产业链构成要素的分析,为构建新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的构建和选择奠定基础。第三,分析了国内建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式现状。通过概述中国建筑陶瓷产业的发展历程,界定并分析了“传统建筑陶瓷产业集群”与“新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群”的概念、发展特点和发展趋势。同时,通过对建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式和产业集群发展模式、传统建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式和新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群的发展模的对比分析,更深刻地剖析了国内建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的现状及存在的问题。第四,提供了新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的构建思路。新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式不能套用传统建筑陶瓷产业集群的发展模式,也不能在现有的产业集群模式中做简单的选择,必须重新构建新的适合新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群的发展模式。同时其发展模式的构建是一个动态的过程,必须随着内外部环境的变化而做相应的调整。第五,建立了以灰色关联分析理论和方法为基础的新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的竞争力评价模型,并依据发展实际对高安、法库、夹江进行了实证研究。实证研究结果表明,政府支持对建筑陶瓷产业集群的市场发育起到了非常大的推动作用。第六,提出了有效实行新兴建筑陶瓷产业集群发展模式的保障策略,并对江西高安市建筑陶瓷产业集群的形成和发展进行了案例分析。其中,保障策略主要体现在自然资源保障、人力资源保障、金融保障、技术保障、公共平台及基础设施保障、构建电子商务平台、体制制度保障等几个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, on the basis of the relevant theory, studies the domestic and foreign industry cluster development mode, analysis of building ceramics industry chain as well as the domestic building ceramics industry cluster development mode current situation, put forward a new building ceramics industry cluster development mode, evaluation and protection idea, and establish the grey relevance evaluation model, Gaoan, Faku, Jiajiang as examples of the new building ceramics industry cluster development mode of the empirical study. Specifically, the main contents of this dissertation includes:First, analysis of the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign literature are discussed, the dissertation analyzes the logic way of thinking and research methods. On this basis, taking the industrial cluster theory as the basic theoretical foundation, with circular economy theory, the economic theory of sustainable development is one of the important principles and philosophy, and from a macro perspective of population theory and management methods, to grasp the general direction of the development model of industrial cluster.Second, analysis the chain elements of the development model of industrial cluster and industrial cluster in building ceramics industry. Firstly, based on the difference of causes industry cluster, the existing industry cluster development modes in domestic and foreign are divided into two categories--endogenous and exogenous development model of industrial cluster. Based on the classification, we research and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the development model of industrial cluster. Then analysising the components of the industrial chain in the building ceramic industry cluster, it lays the foundation for constructing and choosing of.emerging architectural ceramics industry cluster development mode.Third, analysis of the situation of the domestic building ceramics industry cluster development mode. This section provides an overview of Chinese building ceramic industry development, the definition of "traditional architectural ceramic industry cluster" and "new building ceramic industry cluster"; analysis of the respective concepts, characteristics and development trend. This part also provides a comparative analysis to the development mode of industry cluster of building ceramics and industry cluster, the traditional and emerging architectural ceramics industry cluster, and it is more deeper that analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of the domestic building ceramics industry cluster development mode.Fourth,this part provides new building ceramics industry cluster development mode.The group developing pattern of new building ceramics can not use the traditional ones nor do the simple choice for the new ones. New suitable developing patterns must be adopted. It must rebuild a new suitable for emerging architectural ceramic industry cluster development model. The construction of new building ceramics industry cluster development model is a dynamic process, it should make corresponding adjustment along with the change of internal and external environment.Fifth, according to actual situation of Gaoan, Faku and Jiajiang--three building ceramics industry cluster, with grey correlation analysis theory and the method as the foundation, through the expert investigation method of cluster index of six one class importance degree is evaluated, the qualitative and quantitative research methods of combining the three emerging building ceramics industry cluster development model competitiveness evaluation. The results of empirical study show that government has played a big role in the building ceramics industry cluster.Sixth, the new building ceramics industry cluster development mode of security strategy from the natural resources, human resources, financial security, security technology security, public platform and infrastructure security, build e-commerce platform, system safeguard and so on several aspects are analyzed; and the Jiangxi Gaoan city building ceramic industry cluster formation and development case analysis.更多还原
