生态视域下专用汽车设计产业链研究

【摘要】 在全球生态危机背景下,尤其是当前中国专用汽车工业正处在发展的关键时期,设计学作为涉及多学科、多层面的交叉性学科,有义务承担起一定的责任。设计创新利用交叉整合的科学方法,将“知识”与“需求”有机链接,完成从需求创意化到产品商品化的整个流程。设计创新已成为企业科学技术生产力和商品竞争市场之间起决定性作用的“润滑剂”,是产业价值链中的关键环节,也是制造型企业改变发展方式、提高效率,提升竞争力的有效途径。专用汽车作为汽车工业的重要组成部分,在经济发展和社会生活中扮演着举足轻重的角色。专用汽车广泛服务于经济社会的各个方面,在提供特殊功能、提高工作效率等方面贡献突出,已经成为我国国民快速发展不可缺少的交通运输和工程作业的主要装备之一。迄今为止,我国专用汽车产业的发展已经取得了巨大进步,技术水平和制造工艺均有了较快发展,具备了一定的制造能力。但与欧洲国家以及美、日等发达国家相比,我国专用汽车整车的设计创新与工程技术研发水平还有较大的差距。主要体现在基于自主研发的原创性设计创新活动、功能原理研究储备、轻量化技术、标准体系等方面。面对全球日益严峻的资源、环境和生态压力,考虑到我国专用汽车产业尚未发展成熟的现状,可以尝试更积极的产业发展路径。即尝试吸收、利用循环经济的思想和生态化设计理论,加大专用汽车设计创新与技术创新的力度,建设大中型企业设计研发中心、集群式设计创新服务平台、社会需求及用户生活形态研究平台等创新服务平台等,支撑专用汽车产业。以此为基础,逐渐向上、下游延伸专用汽车设计的产业链,形成从策略研究—需求研究—风险资金—技术储备—应用开发—生产配套—成果转化—营销管理等一套完整的专用汽车设计产业链。与此同时,专用汽车设计链也将横向扩充、完善配套,形成从材料研究储备—原理研究储备—关键技术储备—概念设计—总布置设计—造型工程—VR评审—人机工程研究—底盘设计—车身设计—内外饰设计—电气工程—快速原型开发—样车试验—生命周期评价等一系列环节,充实设计研发的技术水平,提升专用汽车产业价值。生态视域下专用汽车设计产业链应该是以专用汽车设计创新活动产业为主导,包含专用汽车设计、研究、开发等相关活动产业,构成的具有一定规模、带有生态意识、具备生态效益的设计产业集群。生态视域下专用汽车设计产业链创新的目的是提高专用汽车设计创新的市场化和专业化水平,并促进加快实现专用汽车服务业的产业化。本课题通过生态视域下的专用汽车设计产业链创新研究,分析生态环境、设计研发服务业和专用汽车产业三者间的相互影响机理,探研适合我国专用汽车产业发展现状的专用汽车设计产业化路径。可为专用汽车创新园区、专用汽车设计产业链、专用汽车可持续设计等方面的研究提供参考,也可为区域范围内专用汽车发展规划的研究和制定提供参照和借鉴。

【Abstract】 In the context of the global ecological crisis, and especially in the current critical period of Chinese special purpose vehicle industry development, design science as multi-level cross-discipline, has an obligation to assume its responsibility. Using the scientific method of cross-integration, design innovation organically integrates the knowledge and the demand, and completes the processes from demand to idea, and to the commercialization product. The design innovation has become a "lubricant", which plays a decisive role in the science and technology productivity of enterprises and commodity competitive markets. It’s not only a key aspect of the industry value chain, but also a effective way to change the mode of development, improve efficiency, and to enhance competitiveness for modern manufacturing enterprises.As an important part of the automotive industry, special purpose vehicle plays a pivotal role in economic development and social life. Special purpose vehicle takes a range of services in various aspects of economic and social, and it makes important contributions to providing special features and improves efficiency. It has become one of the indispensable major equipment of transportation and engineering work for the national rapid development. So far, the development of special purpose vehicle industry in China has made tremendous progress, and the level of technology and manufacturing techniques developing rapidly. The industry already has a certain manufacturing capacity. But compared with Europe, the United States, Japan and other developed countries, the level of China’s special purpose vehicle design innovation and engineering research is still relatively backward. It is mainly reflected in the aspects of independent research and development, such as the original design innovation activities, functional principle research reserve, lightweight technologies, and standard system, etc.Faced with the increasingly serious global resources, environment and ecological pressures, taking into account the special purpose vehicle industry in China is not yet mature, we can try a more active industrial development path. We try to absorb and utilize the idea of circular economy and eco-design theory; increase the intensity of special purpose vehicle design innovation and technological innovation. Nation could construct large and medium enterprises R&D center, cluster design innovation service platform, social needs and user lifestyle research platform and other innovative services platform, supporting the special purpose vehicle industry. On this basis, we could gradually extend the industrial chain of special purpose vehicle design upward or downstream, and form a complete industrial chain of vehicle design innovation, which contains strategy research, demand research, venture capital, technology reserves, application development, production supporting, achievements transformation, and marketing management, etc. At the same time, the chain of special purpose vehicle design will also expand horizontally, and improve supporting. Its specialized subdivision should form more chain aspects, such as material research reserves, principle reserves, reserves of the key technologies, concept design, layout design, modeling engineering, VR assessment, ergonomics, chassis design, white body design, interior and exterior design, electrical engineering, rapid prototyping, prototype vehicle test, and life cycle assessment, etc. And it finally would enrich the design and development of technical level and enhance the value of the national special purpose vehicle industry.The industry chain of special purpose vehicle design in the eco-sight should be mainly based on the action of special vehicle design innovation, including the related activities such as vehicle design, research, and development, and consist a certain size design industry cluster, with ecological awareness and eco-efficiency. Purpose of the Research is to raise the professional and marketing level of special purpose vehicle design and innovative, and promote to the industrialization of the special purpose vehicle design service. The industry chain innovative research of special purpose vehicle design in the ecological sight, analyzes the interaction mechanism among ecological environment, R&D services industry, and special purpose vehicle industry, and explores the industrial path of special purpose vehicle design chain based on our industry development status. It can provide a reference for the study of the special purpose vehicle innovation park, the industry chain of special purpose vehicle design, and sustainable design of special purpose vehicle, also can provide a reference for research and development of the region-wide special purpose vehicle industry development planning.
