【摘要】 海南国际旅游岛建设正式上升为国家发展战略之后,国家热带现代农业基地成为海南国际旅游岛建设发展六大战略定位之一。海南热带农业总量不大,但作为全国唯一热带岛屿省份,从资源经济的角度来看,其热带作物资源的稀缺与有用性在国家经济发展战略中有着不可替代的作用,热带作物资源的保存、开发与利用又为海南经济有别于其他省份的地方经济可持续发展增添了活力。椰子作为海南重要的热带经济作物之一,就有着广泛的种植及加工基础。椰子种植面积在海南热带作物种植面积中一直保持在前三位,椰子产品加工企业达400多家,年产值数十亿元,不断完善的椰子产业链和延伸辐射带动的旅游等相关产业不仅成为地方经济可持续发展的重要组成部分,而且提供了大量的就业岗位为政府实施富民强省发展战略提供了保障。作为重要的热带景观树种之一,椰子更以其独特的热带园艺观赏价值为海南生态环境、观光旅游等相关产业发挥着重要的社会、经济效益。因此,科学、系统的分析和研究海南椰子种质资源经济的规律、特点、产业发展变化的趋势,对海南椰子种质资源的可持续开发和利用有着重要的意义,这也构成了本文研究的主要内容和目的。本文由七个主要部分构成,不同部分之间围绕以椰子种质资源经济为核心的相关研究,力图发掘和展现椰子种质资源的内在本质及其经济价值,以及椰子种质资源与区域经济之间构成的层次结构和内在规律,各部分之间逻辑关系或铺垫或平行或承接,彼此相关,有机的构成了完整的研究论述过程。首先研究分析了椰子种质资源经济研究的客观需求以及研究背景、目的与意义,论述了椰子种质资源经济研究的必要性和重要性,提出了椰子种质资源经济研究的思路、方法和意义；通过文献综述,阐述了种质资源学、资源经济学的发展与国内外研究现状,介绍了种质资源经济学国内外研究成果与发展方向,及椰子种质资源的国内外研究情况,为本文的后续研究提供了学术依据与理论基础；依据提出的研究思路,以知识经济条件下的新资源观出发,对椰子种质资源的内在本质及不同阶段的外在形式及其经济价值进行了研究和探讨；以产业经济学、人口与社会经济学、环境经济学、生态经济学理论为指导,以多样性的椰子种质资源为资源核心对象,以国际贸易环境下的椰子产业现状为考察对象,研究和论述了椰子种质资源多样性与椰子育种、栽培、加工以及椰子种质资源多样性与生态环境和社会文化之间的各类相关问题；以中国椰子种质资源的可持续利用为研究方向,通过案例分析,剖析战后日本产业发展和广东农垦改革发展的经验,基于新资源观理论讨论战后日本产业缓解资源约束的政策措施,以及广东农垦变革发展历程,通过对这些问题和案例过程的详解,论述了新资源观理论在经济活动实践过程中的具体表现形式,提出区域条件下椰子产业的布局和发展对策。通过研究本文提出了作物种质资源是一种动态的、循环的、以基因为载体的,在不同的生命周期阶段提供不同物质、能量、信息贡献的资源。因此,种质资源的多样性与种质资源的价值存在着密切的关系。由于椰子种质资源存在多层次结构特性,决定椰子种质资源的可持续开发和利用具有分层次的客观必然性。海南椰子种质资源经济的发展及相关产业政策的制订应当遵循种质资源可持续发展的客观规律,进行分层次的开发和利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The campaign of building Hainan into an international tourism destination has been upgraded as a state strategy, National base for modern tropical agriculture became one of6strategic tasks for the campaign. As the only tropical island in China, Hainan plays an irreplaceable role in tropical agriculture. Coconut is one of the most important tropical cash crops in Hainan that has broad planting and processing base. Both the planting and processing of coconut are important components of the tropical agricultural products processing industry. Coconut cultivation always ranks the top three places in Hainan tropical crop cultivation. There are more than400processing enterprises whose total annual value exceed several billion Yuan. Hainan coconut industry creates important value, such as economic value, social value, environmental value, ecological value and so on. It is of significance to analyse and research systematically of the coconut germplasm economic rules, character, industrial development trend for sustainable development and utilization in Hainan.This dissertation is consisted of seven major components. It focus on the relevant studies to disclose the intrinsic essence and economic value of coconut germplasm resources and exhibit the inherent relationships with regional economic. The first part introduces the objective requirements, research background, the purpose and significance of coconut germplasm economic research. It expounds the necessity and importance of this research. The second part summarizes the relevant literature and elaborates the research status of development of germplasm resource and resources economics, which provides the academic basis and theory foundations for the sequential research. According to research frame of first part, the third part bases on the opining of resource economics under knowledge economy to study and discuss the inherent character, external form at different stages and economic value of the coconut germplasm.The fourth and fifth parts are guided with industrial economics, population and socio-economics, environmental economics and ecological economics. Taking the coconut industry under the international trade environment Status as the object, researches and discusses the diversity of coconut germplasm, breeding, cultivation, processing of coconut and the related issues among the diversity of coconut germplasm, the ecological environment and socio-culture. The sixth part takes the sustainable use of coconut germplasm resources as research direction. Through analyzes the successful experiences and practices of post-war Japanese and Guangdong Reclamation examples, discusses the manifestation of new Resource View Theory in the practice of economic activity and puts forward the proposals about layout and development of coconut industry. The last part is the conclusion of this study.This dissertation presents crop germplasm resources is a dynamic, cyclic, gene-carriers resource that can provide different materials, energy and information at different life cycle stages. Therefore, there is a close relationship between germplasm diversity and value. The multi-layered character determines the objective inevitability for layered sustainable development and utilization of coconut germplasm. The development of Hainan coconut germplasm and formulation of related industry policies should abide by the objective law for sustainable development to layered develop and utilize the coconut germplasm.更多还原
