车用空压机性能快速试验关键技术研究

【摘要】 车用空压机是大中型卡车、客车及动车的关键部件之一,其制动系统的动力源都来自空压机,因此车用空压机的性能对整车的制动性能和安全性能至关重要。国外对车用空压机的出厂检测及综合性能的考核都极为重视。由于国际上对华限制一些关键技术的出口,导致目前我国车用空压机性能试验的一些方法及原理和装置还处于上世纪八十年代水平,特别是在车用空压机产品的设计研发试验验证上缺乏技术和试验装置,对车用空压机快速性能试验的研究目前国内还是空白,严重制约了我国车用空压机行业的发展。本文结合欧洲克诺尔制动大连分公司的“车用空压机综合性能试验台”以及安徽省教育厅自然科学研究重点项目“基于动态充罐修正法的车用空压机容积流量在线快速检测方法的研究”,针对国内车用空压机性能试验所存在的缺陷,对车用空压机快速性能试验关键技术进行了研究,解决了车用空压机快速性能测试中的测试数据误差修正、性能试验结果的事例推理方法以及快速性能试验中变工况排气压力自动调节实现的关键技术问题,并应用于车用空压机快速性能试验系统。论文的主要工作和创新点如下:1、对目前空气压缩机行业采用的性能试验方法进行了分析,在此研究基础上,对车用空压机快速性能试验的可行性进行了研究,并分析了需要待解决的关键技术问题。2、针对快速充罐试验方法的缺陷,提出数据动态预估误差修正、缓冲稳压压力调节和事例推理相结合的快速性能试验技术方案。3、结合快速性能测试过程中测量信号的特点,分析了目前所采用动态误差预估修正方法的不足,对无味卡尔曼(UKF)预估修正方法进行了研究,仿真及实际应用效果对比的结果表明,该修正技术可以有效对车用空压机性能快速测试中的数据进行动态误差修正。4、结合车用空压机性能测试中知识表示模型属性的特点,给出了车用空压机性能测试结果的事例推理方法,该方法在事例检索上采用了模糊相似优先方法,在模型属性间的相似距离比较上采用海明距离的方法,可以更好地判断不同属性的事例,能够对数据库中的定量属性进行更加精确的检索。5、车用空压机快速性能变工况试验中,要求不同工况下的排气压力具有稳压稳态特点,文中给出了模糊自适应PID控制策略,并对车用空压机快速性能试验中的排气压力控制系统进行了设计与仿真研究,成功应用于实际系统,实现了不同工况下的排气压力恒压控制。6、将无味卡尔曼预估修正方法与事例推理方法应用到基于缓冲稳压充罐法的车用空压机快速性能测试系统,试验结果表明该系统满足车用空压机快速性能试验的要求。
【Abstract】 The vehicle air compressor is one of the key component for medium-sized trucks and vehicle car, because the power for braking system of them is supplyed from the vehicle air compressor, so the performance of vehicle air compressor performance is vital important for vehicle braking system. It is very seriously important for vehicle air compressor inspection and comprehensive performance test before to the market. Because the limit export of the key technologies to China, our country’s compressor performance test method and device are now on the last century eighty time,especially lack of the technology and test device on the product design&experiment verification for vehicle air compressor. The rapid performance test for vehicle air compress is blank in current domestic. This situation has serious hampered the development of vehicle air compress industry.Combining with "the vehicle air compressor integrated performance testting bench" of European Knorr brake Dalian Branch and the project "the research of vehicle air compressor volume flow online rapid detection method based on dynamic filling modification method" that founded by the Education Department of Anhui Province, this dissertation aims at the defects of domestic vehicle air compressor performance test, research the key technologies to realize the vehicle air compressor rapid performance test, include the dynamic error correction method for the measure data, use the Case-Base Reasoning(CBR) method of reasoning the test result and the buffer pressure automatic regulating problem in different conditions, and successfully apply them to rapid performance test device of vehicle air compressor.The main works and innovations of the thesis are as follows:1. Based on the research of the performance test method in current vehicle air compressor industry, the feasibility of the vehicle air compressor rapid performance test and the key technologies are analysised.2. According to the defect of the filling tank method, a new rapid performance test method including the dynamic data error correction, buffer pressure automatic regulating and case-based reasoning is put forward.3. Combining with the characteristic of the measure signals for the rapid performance test, this dissertation analysised the deficiency of estimation methods for dynamic error correction that used in rapid performance test currently, study the Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF) predictor-correction method. The simulation and actual application results show that the UKF predictor-correction technique can correct dynamic error efficienttly in rapid vehicle air compressor performance test.4. Combining with the property of the vehicle air compressor performance test, this dissertation puts forward the case-based reasoning method to realize the rapid performance test. The Fuzzy similarity case retrievl method and the hamming distance are adopted in the method, which can better judge different attributes, and can more accurate retrieval the attribute for database.5. In the rapid vehicle air compressor performance test, the discharge pressure under different condition is required to be steady state. The Fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is given in this thesis, the discharged pressure control system for vehicle air compressor rapid performance test is designed and simulated. The simulation and actual application results show that the control strategy can achieve steady discharge pressure under variation operation condition.6. The UKF predictor-correction method and CBR method are applied to the vehicle air compressor rapid performance test device that based on buffer pressure regulating, the test results show that the research of this dissertation can realize the rapid performance test for vehicle air compressor.
