【摘要】 产业集聚已经成为一个世界范围内的现象,具有竞争优势的产业在发达国家和发展中国家都集中在某些特定地区,这种现象引起了众多学科和学者的关注。我国也已进入产业集聚与区域经济发展密切关联的阶段。产业的空间集聚同时也增大了地区间发展水平的差距。已有实证研究表明,产业集聚对生产率、经济增长、实际收入等都产生显著地影响,其中,制造业是产业集聚表现最为显著的产业,制造业集聚对生产率的影响最直接。东北地区是我国重要的工业基地,在国家“一五”期间奠定了现代工业基础,曾经为国家的经济发展做出了重大贡献。但改革开放之后,东北老工业基地经济发展缓慢,制造业集聚逐渐处于被边缘化的困境。2003年《中共中央国务院关于实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略的若干意见》出台,确立了东北老工业基地进行改造的经济发展战略,这为实现东北老工业基地振兴提供了一个难得的历史机遇。如何把握好这一契机,促进东北三省制造业集聚的发展是一个十分重要的问题。目前东北三省制造业的集聚程度如何?影响东北三省制造业集聚的因素有哪些?东北三省制造业集聚效应如何?产业之间是否存在一定的差异?这些是本文所要关注和研究的问题。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,综合已有的产业集聚的理论和区域经济学、产业经济学、新经济地理学、新制度经济学、经济社会学多学科理论,提出了一个制造业集聚形成机制的理论分析框架,以东北三省农副食品加工业、交通运输设备制造业、电子通信设备制造业为例,对东北三省制造业集聚的影响因素进行了理论与实证分析,并对制造业集聚劳动生产率效应进行了实证检验。最后总结了东北三省制造业集聚存在的问题与成因,提出了促进东北三省制造业集聚的路径选择。全文包括引言、正文、结论三个部分,其中正文部分共有六章,全文的结构安排如下:引言部分对论文的研究背景与范围、研究的框架与方法、创新与不足之处进行了说明。第一章对制造业集聚研究的国内外文献及基础理论进行回顾。第二章对国内外制造业集聚发展的经验进行总结与借鉴。第三章对东北三省制造业集聚的历史、现状及发展趋势进行分析。利用基尼系数、产业集中度、区位商、地理集中指数对东北三省制造业中19个行业的集聚程度进行了统计性的描述,运用数据刻画了东北三省制造业的集聚程度、特点和发展趋势。第四章,首先,综述了古典贸易理论、新贸易理论、新经济地理理论、产业集聚相关理论,提出了一个制造业集聚形成机制的理论分析框架;其次,对东北三省制造业集聚的影响因素进行了理论层面的分析;再次,以东北三省农副食品加工业、交通运输设备制造业、电子及通信设备制造业为例,对东北三省制造业集聚的影响因素进行了实证层面的分析。第五章对制造业集聚效应理论进行分析,以这三个制造业产业为样本,实证检验了东北三省制造业集聚对劳动生产率的效应,并对实证结果进行了分析与解释。第六章总结了东北三省制造业集聚存在的问题、成因,进而提出了促进东北三省制造业集聚的路径选择。最后是全文的结论部分,对全文研究形成的结论进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agglomeration has been an apparent factor in the economic world.Some industries with competitive advantage always agglomerate in specific regions.This phenomenon has been observed by many researchers from different fields.The region economy has much been associated with agglomeration.Many evidences have indicated that productivity ,economic growth ,real income is promoted by induatry agglomeration .The manufacturing sector agglomeration is the most significant. The most direct affection on producition is from agglomeration .On the other hand, industrial agglomeration also increases the inter-regional gaps in development levels. In the period of National "First Five" the northeast China laid the basis of modern industry, and made a significant contribution to the economic development of China. After reform and opening up, the speed of Northeast industry rises slowly. In order to accelerate the speed of developent,in2003, "CPC Central Committee and State Council on the implementation of the Northeast old industrial region of the strategy of opinions" issued, and the strategic transformation of old industrial region in northeast is established.How is the level of agglomeration of Manufacturing in northeast?What is the factor of agglomeration of Manufacturing in three provinces of northeast of China?If the same or not in different industries?All these is the research emphasis of this article.On the basis of previous research and theories on region economy,industry economics ,economic sociology and new Institutional economics, this paper designed a theoretical framework about agglomeration of manufacturing , verificated the factor of agglomeration of manufacturing in northeast of China and the agglomrration effect on manufactring productivity .At last , proposed some solutions.The paper included introduction, body and conclusion three parts.There are six chapters. Text is organized as follows:Introduction section includes the research background, research framework ,innovation and weaknesses on research.ChapterⅠ:Review the literatures and theories of manufacturing agglomeration.ChapterII :Refer to the development experience on agglomeration from foreign countries and China.ChapterⅢ:Analyzed the history ,current situation and development trend of manufactring agglomeration in Northeast of China.ChapterⅣ:Designed a framework for theoretical analysis on the integrationed theories of agglomeration , analyzed and tested it.ChapterⅤ:Tested the effect of agglomeration and explained it. ChapterⅥ: Combined previous analysis,learned from the experience of developed areas of industrial agglomeration,and promoted some relutions.Finally, Fulled summary of conclusions on the research.更多还原
