装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理研究

【摘要】 装备制造业承担着为国民经济各行业和国家安全提供装备的任务,是制造业的基础和核心。在经济全球化的浪潮下,全球装备制造业呈现出崭新的竞争格局与发展趋势。发达国家不断向发展中国家产业转移,产业国际分工不断演化,不同价值链环节在全球范围的分解和布局,资源突破国家界限,在全球范围内流动配置。产业竞争不再是单纯的产品、技术或企业间的竞争,而是价值链之间的竞争。价值链分工要求企业的管理方式相应地发生巨大变化,越来越重视国际化经营的价值链管理。论文在对国内外相关研究进行认真总结和客观评述的基础上,分析装备制造企业价值链特征,构建装备制造企业国际化经营价值链系统,并深入研究其构成要素。通过比较分析美国、德国和日本典型装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理的现状,和我国装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理现状,从中得到我国装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理的启示。通过分析装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理动因,构建了以企业国际化经营价值链分析为基础,以企业国际化经营竞争战略为指南,以价值链分解和整合实现企业国际化经营价值链系统优化为中心环节,以企业国际化经营价值链管理运行机制为保障,以企业动态竞争优势再造为目标的装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理模式。揭示了装备制造企业国际化经营价值链分解管理的机理,构建装备制造企业国际化经营价值链分解管理模型,运用灰色关联分析定位企业的战略环节,运用专利地图分析竞争对手的价值链,构建企业资源利用模型;揭示了装备制造企业国际化经营价值链整合管理的机理,构建装备制造企业国际化经营价值链整合管理模型,分析模块化对价值链整合管理的推动作用,研究价值链整合管理中的企业角色定位和界面规则制定,运用遗传算法建立价值链整合管理合作伙伴选择模型;构建装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理的运行机制,包括利益关系机制、信任机制、协同机制和监控与激励机制。采用群组决策特征根法筛选装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理绩效评价指标,构建装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理的绩效评价指标体系和基于DEA评价模型,并将其应用于我国装备制造领域43家上市公司2009年国际化经营过程中的价值链管理绩效评价中,从理论和实践相结合的视角,验证其研究成果的科学性和有效性。在此基础上,从提升装备制造企业价值链战略环节创造价值能力、提升价值链整合能力、完善价值链运行的保障机制等方面提出了提升我国装备制造企业国际化经营价值链管理水平的对策。
【Abstract】 Equipment manufacturing enterprise takes on task of furnishing equipments for every industry of national economy and nation safe. It is base and core of manufacturing industry. In economy globalization, there appears new competition and development trend. Industry diversion from developed countries to developing countries continuously, which evolves industry international division. Different value chain units disassociate and distribute in global market. Resource flows beyond country boundary. Industry competition is taken on not only among productions, techniques and enterprises, but also among value chains. In the diversion among value chain, enterprise management accordingly needs to change much. International operation value chain management is more and more important.On the base of domestic and overseas correlative research summarized and reviewed impersonally, characters of equipment manufacturing enterprise value chain are analysed, and equipment manufacturing enterprise value chain system is constructed in this dissertation. Revelation is gained by contrasting actualities of equipment manufacturing enterprise value chain management among America, Germany and Japan. Then problems of equipment manufacturing enterprise value chain management in our country are indicated. According to motivation analysis of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain management, Value chain management pattern of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation is constructed, which is based by equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain analysis, guided by equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation strategy, focused by equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain system optimization in virtue of disassembly management and integration management, guaranteed by operating mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value management, aimed by reforging of enterprise dynamic competition advantage. Mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain disassembly management is revealed. Equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain disassembly management model is constructed. Strategic unit is confirmed by Grey Relational Analysis. Rival’s value chain is analysed by patent map. Enterprise resource utilization model is constructed. Mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain integration management is revealed. Equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain integration management model is constructed. Impulse for value chain integration management by value chain modularization is researched. Enterprise function and interface rules establishment are researched. Coadjutant selection model is constructed by Genetic Algorithm. Operating mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value management is constructed, which contains profit distribution mechanism, trust mechanism, coordination mechanism, as well as supervision and prompting mechanism. Evaluation indexes of equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value management are selected by Group Eigenvalue Method. Equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain management evaluation indexes system and DEA model are constructed. The model is used to evaluate international operation value chain management of 43 equipment manufacturing listed companies. By this means, whether the results are scientific and practicable is verified.Based of the research, countermeasures for improving equipment manufacturing enterprise international operation value chain management in our country are put forward, such as increasing value creation ability, increasing value chain integration ability and perfecting value chain operating.
