【摘要】 原始创新是大型工业企业获得自主知识产权和掌握核心技术的有效途径,是国家综合国力提升的核心环节,是社会经济发展的强有力保证。原始创新能力的提升,有利于推进大型工业企业自主创新战略的实施,使其在国际化竞争中获得主动权,并在国际产业化分工中占据有利位置。原始创新模式是原始创新研究的重要内容之一,是原始创新能力提升的条件和基础,是解决大型工业企业原始创新动力不足、能力不够和确保原始创新顺利实施的关键所在。但是,目前对于原始创新模式的研究还不够深入,本论文从我国实际出发结合国外相关成功经验,构建我国大型工业企业有效的原始创新模式,并对原始创新模式的演进和动力学特征进行分析,提出保障大型工业企业原始创新模式高效运行的相关措施。首先,在对大型工业企业原始创新模式的基础理论进行分析的基础上,研究我国大型工业企业原始创新的现状问题与成因。一方面,通过对已有相关文献的整理和分析,在分析原始创新提出背景的基础上,提出大型工业企业原始创新的概念,并对大型工业企业原始创新模式的相关概念进行了界定。同时,对大型工业企业原始创新的动力要素进行了分析,并从定量的角度对其进行了相关分析、因果关系检验和回归分析。另一方面,从基础条件、资源投入、创新产出三个方面来分析我国大型工业企业原始创新的现实情况与存在的问题。同时从大型工业企业因素、原始创新特性因素、环境因素、原始创新模式因素等四个方面研究我国大型工业企业原始创新现状存在问题的成因,通过分析指出构建有效的大型工业企业原始创新模式是解决我国大型工业企业原始创新动力不足和能力低下现状的有效路径。其次,大型工业企业原始创新模式的构建研究。首先通过对国外经验的总结,分析大型工业企业原始创新模式的运行主体,接着提出构建大型工业企业原始创新模式的目标与原则,在此基础上构建我国大型工业企业原始创新的四种模式——搜寻型原始创新、协作型原始创新、独立型原始创新和孤立型原始创新。再次,对大型工业企业原始创新模式演进的超循环特征和运行的动力学特征进行分析。一方面,对大型工业企业原始创新的新陈代谢特性、自组织特性和突变特性等超循环特征进行分析,确定使用超循环分析的科学性,并对大型工业企业原始创新模式进行超循环分析。另一方面,构建一元运行主体模式和多元运行主体模式的动力学模型,通过实证研究指出大型工业企业原始创新模式的运行规律。其中一元运行主体模式指的是孤立型原始创新模式,多元运行主体模式包括搜寻型原始创新模式、协作型原始创新模式、独立型原始创新模式。最后,大型工业企业原始创新模式的保障措施研究。在理论分析和实证研究的基础上,结合国内外相关实例,从大型工业企业原始创新模式运行中的政府行为措施、企业行为措施和其他运行主体行为措施等三个方面,对保障大型工业企业原始创新模式高效运行的策略进行研究。通过本文的研究,明确了大型工业企业原始创新模式的基本概念,分析了大型工业企业原始创新的动因和我国大型工业企业原始创新的现状、问题及成因,论证了构建大型工业企业原始创新模式可以有效解决我国大型工业企业原始创新动力不足和能力低下的现状,揭示了大型工业企业原始创新模式的演化规律和其运行的动力学特征,研究了大型工业企业原始创新模式运行的保障措施,为政府和大型工业企业进行原始创新的相关决策提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Original innovation is an effective way for large-sized industrial enterprises to gain independent intellectual property and master core technology. It plays an important role in promoting comprehensive national power and it provides strong guarantee for development of society and economy. Promotion of original innovation capability is favorable for large-sized industrial enterprises to implement independent innovation strategy, and this can help these enterprises to get initiatives in the international competitions and help them to get competitive position in international industrialization division. Original innovation model is an important part in the study of original innovation, and it is the basis for improvement of original innovation capacity. Study of it can solve problems of insufficient impetus and insufficient capability of original innovation, and eventually it will ensure the complete implementation of original innovation. However, at present, the research depth of these achievements for the model of original innovation is not enough. This paper will consider China’s reality and the successful experience of foreign countries, and construct the original innovation model of large-sized industrial enterprises in our country. And then, this paper will analyze the evolution and dynamic characteristics of the original innovative models, and put forward measures to help large-sized industrial enterprises’ original innovation model operating effectively. The paper’s structure is as follows:Firstly, the article analyzes status of large industrial enterprises original innovation on the basis theories of large-sized industrial enterprises’ original innovation mode, and finds out the obstacles in the progress of original innovation development. On the one hand, this paper defines relevant concepts about large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation on the basis of collation and analysis of relevant literatures. And it analyzes the relationship between original innovation and other innovation. From a statistical point of view, the paper does the correlation analysis, causality test and regression analysis between the original innovation capacity and large-sized enterprise profits, in order to prove large-sized industrial enterprises have the motivation of original innovation. On the other hand, it analyzes the current condition and problems of large-sized industrial enterprises in the original innovation capacity from the basic conditions, resources input, and innovation output. Following that, this paper finds out the limited factors on original innovation development, such as factors from large-sized industrial enterprises themselves, characteristics of original innovation, the environment, original innovation model and so on. This paper thinks that building an effective large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation model is a good way to solve insufficient or low original innovation capacity problem for large-sized industrial enterprises.The second part of this paper is research on building large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation model. This paper analyses operating entities in large-sized industrial original innovation model after making a summary of foreign research achievements. Following that, it presents the goal and basic principles in the process of building large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation model. Based on above conclusions, this paper builds four modes of large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation——searching original innovation model, collaborative original innovation model, independent original innovation model, and isolated original innovation model.Thirdly, it does the super cycle analysis and dynamic analysis on large-sized industrial enterprises original innovation model evolution. On the one hand, this paper analyzes the hyper cycling characteristics of large-sized industrial enterprises original innovation, like metabolism characteristic, self-organizing characteristic and mutation characteristics, with the purpose to make sure that it is scientific to use hyper cycling analysis of large-sized industrial enterprise original innovation model. On the other hand, it builds a dynamic model for unary operating entity mode and polynary operating entities mode. And then, this paper finds the operating general rule after empirical researches. Here, "unary operating entity mode" refers to isolated original innovation model, and "polynary operating entities mode" refers to searching original innovation model, collaborative original innovation model, and independent original innovation model.Finally, this paper analyzes what measures should be taken in the large-sized industrial enterprises’original innovation model. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper studies the measures of large industrial enterprises original innovation model, from these perspectives, such as government behavior, corporate behavior and the behavior of other relevant operating entities.In a word, this paper defines basic concepts about large-sized industrial enterprises original innovation mode, and analyze large-sized industrial enterprises original innovation motivation, current status, problems and reasons which cause these existing problems, and demonstrates that building a large-sized industrial enterprises original innovation model can effectively solve insufficient or low original innovation capacity problems for large-sized industrial enterprise. This paper also reveals the large-sized industrial enterprises original innovative models’genral evolution pattern and dynamics characteristics, and researches the measures for large industrial enterprises to improve their original innovation capacity.
