【摘要】 机械制造业是国民经济赖以发展的基础,是其他经济部门的生产手段。作为关系着国家和民族长远利益的基础性和战略性产业,它的发展水平是衡量一个国家和地区工业化水平与经济总体实力的标志,既决定着国家经济实力、国防实力、综合国力和在全球经济中的竞争与合作能力,也决定着一个国家实现工业化、现代化和民族复兴的进程。探讨我国机械制造业的发展对策,对我国制定区域经济发展政策和实施产业扶持政策具有深远意义。论文以产业结构和组织理论为理论基础,以生产效率、国际竞争力评价分析为手段,对以下领域进行了研究:首先,通过产业组织和产业结构理论对我国机械制造业的发展现状以及供需情况进行了分析,在此基础上对国内机械制造业的行业特征规律进行了总结分析;其次,从投入和产出两方面选取了12个具有代表性的指标,采用多指标投入产出分析法和因子分析定权法,对国内机械制造业七个子行业的技术创新效率进行了定量评价和分析;再次,运用基于距离函数的Malmquist指数方法对国内机械制造业全要素生产率、技术效率的变动和技术进步进行度量,揭示其变动规律;然后,对国内机械制造业国际竞争力的影响因素进行了分析,按照代表性、可比性、系统性和可量化性的原则构建了机械制造业国际竞争力评价指标体系,并应用因子分析法建立了机械制造业国际竞争力的评价模型,并将我国机械制造业的国际竞争力与美国、日本和印度机械制造业的国际竞争力进行了对比评价;最后,提出了振兴我国机械制造业的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Machinery manufacturing industry is the basis of economic for development and the means of production in other economic sectors. As a basic and strategic industry, It relates the state and the nation’s long-term interests, and It measures the level of development of industrialization of a country and regional, it not only determines the national economic strength, national defense strength, overall national strength and competitiveness in the global economy and cooperation in capacity, Also determines a country’s industrialization, modernization and the process of national revival. Discussion the Development Strategies of China’s machinery manufacturing industry has far-reaching to the development policies of regional economical development and industrial support.This thesis,on the basis of industrial structure theory and industrial organization theory, analyze by using production efficiency and international competitiveness evaluation.Firstly, analyzing present situation,development, supply-demand matching of China’s mechanical manufacturing industry, then testing the industry-al characteristics.secondly, the paper select 12 relevant indicators to make empi-rical analysis and evaluation of efficiency of technology innovation of the 7 s-ubindustry. Thirdly, the Malmquist index of distance function has been used to measure and estimate total factor productivity,technical efficiency and technical progress, further, revealed the laws and characterislics. Then the paper identifies r-estrictive causescurrently and the problems of the international competitiveness, establishes the index system of international competitiveness evaluation according the principle representative, comparable, systemic, and quantitative, and builds measure mo-del for international competitiveness. Further, the international competitiveness of mechanical manufacturing industry of Chinese, American, Indian and Japanese is compared based on the evaluation system.Finally, the paper points out strategies and proposals for improving China’s mechanical manufacturing industry.更多还原
