【摘要】 县域经济是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。坚持科学发展观,发展壮大县域经济,对解决我国的“三农”问题,推进国家经济和社会发展的现代化进程,全面建设小康社会具有十分重要的现实和战略意义。论文分析了国内外在这一领域的研究成果及其借鉴的价值,进行了产业协调与县域经济发展研究的经济学分析,探讨了基于产业协调的县域经济发展理论框架,运用系统理论的思想进行了县域经济产业系统运行的研究,并做了县域经济产业系统的仿真分析。在上述研究的基础上进行了县域经济发展的实证研究。论文在以下方面有创新。论文构建了基于产业协调的县域经济发展理论框架。论文对基于产业协调的县域经济发展进行了深入的理论分析,探讨了基于产业协调的县域经济发展理论内涵,揭示了县域经济发展的主体因素和产业基础,提出了县域经济产业协调系统的构成,分析了政府制度创新对区域经济发展所起的促进作用,提出了基于产业协调的县域经济发展的思路,为县域经济的良性发展提供了理论支持。论文进行了县域经济产业系统建立和运行分析。论文在县域经济产业系统理论分析的基础上,探讨了县域经济产业系统的构成,分析了县域经济产业系统的运行机制,确定了该系统涉及的主要变量,探讨了了县域经济产业系统因果关系与反馈回路。为实现整个县域产业与经济系统的动态协调发展提供支持。论文探讨了县域经济产业系统仿真机理,建立了县域经济产业系统仿真模型,探索从定量的角度反映县域经济产业系统运行机制的方法,观测该系统的运行特性,寻找制约该系统发展的关键原因和政策作用点,为有关部门制定促进县域经济产业系统发展的新政策提供了依据。论文在上述研究的基础上进行了实证研究。探讨了了丰润区域经济发展的原则,制定了发展的战略思路、战略定位和战略重点,并提出了主要任务与措施。实证结果对丰润区县域经济的发展具有重要的参考价值。论文成果对我国县域经济的发展有重要的理论意义和较大的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county economy is the important component of our national economy. The scientific development concept and the growth of the county economy are very important to solve the problem of our country“three agriculture”, to promote national economic and social development of the modernization process and to build a moderately prosperous society. The paper has analyzed the value and the uses of the domestic and international research in this area and has carried on the economics analysis of industry coordination and county economy development. The paper has discussed the theory frame of county economy development based on the industry coordination. The paper has studied the operation of industrial systems based on system theory and has done the system simulation of the county industry, and has made the county territory economical industry system’s simulation analysis. The paper has conducted the empirical study of county economy development based on the research above. The paper has the innovations in the following areas.The paper has constructed the theory frame of country economy development based on the industry coordination. The paper has carried on the thorough theoretical analysis of county economic development based on the industry coordination, has discussed the theory connotation county economic development based on the industry coordination, and has revealed the main factors and the industry basis of the county economy. The paper proposed the constitution of the coordination system has analyzed the innovation system of government from the regional economic development role in promoting coordination and has proposed the ideas based on the industry economic development. The research has provided the theory support for the county development.The paper has carried on the analysis of the establishment and the operation on country industry. The paper has discussed the constitution of country industry system and has analyzed the operational mechanism of the country industry system. The paper has determined the main variables involved in the system, and has discussed the causality feedback loop of the county economy system. The research has provided the support to the dynamic coordination between the country industry and the economy system.The paper has discussed the simulation mechanism of the county economic system, and has established system simulation model of he county economic system. The paper has explored the method of the operational mechanism from the quantitative point, and has observed the system’s operating characteristics to find the key reasons and the policies. The research has provided the support to the relevant departments.The paper has conducted the empirical study based the above research’s foundation. The paper has discussed the development principle of Fengrun, has formulated the development strategic mentality, the strategic localization and the strategic priority, and has planned the primary mission and the measure. The real diagnosis result has the important reference value to the Fengrun.The paper has the important theoretical significance and great reference value to the development of our national county’s economy.更多还原
