高应力软碎煤岩区废矸置换煤炭资源开采研究

Research of Waste Gangue Substitutions in Soft Fragile Coal-rock Area under High Stress in Coal Mining

【摘要】 针对复杂区域滞留煤柱的回收和煤研石处理问题,本文开展了以巷道充填为基础的高应力软碎煤岩区废矸置换煤炭资源开采研究,维护大断面置换巷道和提高巷道废矸充填量成为置换开采必须解决的问题。对于上述两个问题,本文分析了锚索桁架系统对废矸置换巷道围岩稳定性的作用机制,数值模拟顶(帮)锚索桁架应力位移场,并建立顶(帮)锚索桁架的力学模型,提出了高预应力锚索桁架联合控制系统,成功解决了复杂构造区大断面废矸置换巷道的维护问题;通过合理设计废矸置换开采系统、优化工艺参数,提高了巷道废矸充填量。高预应力锚索桁架联合控制系统和废矸置换开采工艺系统组成了高应力软碎煤岩区废矸置换煤炭资源开采技术,该技术在新三矿现场应用取得了良好的社会经济效益。In order to solve the problems of recycling the coal pillars in the underground complicated area and dealing with coal gangue, the paper carried out the study of coal resources replaced by waste gangue in high stress and soft fragile coal rock based on roadway filling, maintaining the large section roadway and improving the amount of waste gangue filling become the problems must be solved for replacement mining. For the above two problems, this paper analyzes the mechanism between anchor cable truss system and the stability of surrounding rock of waste gangue replacement roadway and simulates the stress displacement field of Anchor cable truss by numerical simulation method, then the paper sets up mechanical model of top (side) anchor cable truss and puts forward the high prestress truss joint control system, at last, the problems mentioned above are solved successfully. Through the reasonable design of waste gangue replacement mining system, optimization of process parameters, the amount of waste gangue filling has been increased. Coal resources exploitation technology of waste gangue replacement at high stress and soft fragile coal rock is consisted of high prestress truss joint control system and waste gangue replacement mining process system, which has made great social and economic benefits in the application of Xinsan mine.
