寒地高层建筑近地空间设计研究

【摘要】 寒地环境下的高层建筑近地空间设计具有其特殊性。这种特殊性,一方面来自于近地空间自身构成机制的复杂,另一方面则源于在寒冷地区高层建筑的近地空间创作中制约因素的繁多。如何完善近地空间的基本功能,丰富近地空间的空间内涵,塑造近地空间的积极形象,是本文研究的主要内容。论文通过对寒地高层建筑近地空间创作现状的反思,明确提出了设计中存在的主要问题,阐明了近地空间设计研究的重要意义;综合分析了近地空间的空间形态与其背后的自然气候、社会文化、经济技术之间的互动关系,确立了寒地高层建筑近地空间的设计原则,并结合实践探讨近地空间设计过程中相应的策略和手法。全文从理论与实践层面探讨了近地空间的建筑空间和外部环境的设计问题,其中第三、四章是文章的核心章节,首先从寒地高层建筑近地空间的建筑空间入手,论述了寒地高层建筑近地空间的空间序列中具有寒地特色的空间类型、空间组织、空间界面等方面的设计对策,并确定近地空间各组成部分合理的空间尺度和界面形式;其次对寒地高层建筑近地空间的外部环境问题作出了一定深度和广度的探讨,在理论归纳的寒地高层建筑近地空间独特的审美特征基础上,结合大量实例,论述近地空间外部环境在与场地契合、与寒地气候的积极融合等方面的具体、实际的设计手法,以期为使用者提供积极的具有冬季友好而舒适的寒地高层建筑近地空间的外部环境。论文的最后提出了寒地高层建筑近地空间与城市功能的协调整合设计应适应自然、适应社会、灵活变化、发展创新的新观念,积极跟随时代的进步和观念的更新。

【Abstract】 Cold environment design of high-rise building near-Earth space has its particularity. This particularity, on the one hand from the near-Earth space itself constitute a mechanism for the complex, on the other hand ftom high-rise buildings in the cold regions of near-earth space for creation of numerous constraints.How to improve the basic functions of near-Earth space, enrich the connotation of space near-Earth space, create a positive image of near-Earth space is the main content of this study.Papers by cold high-rise building near-Earth space created to reflect the status quo, clearly put forward the design of the main problems, and illustrates that near-Earth space the importance of design research; comprehensive analysis of the near-Earth space and their spatial patterns behind the natural climate , socio-cultural, economic and technical interactions between established the cold near-Earth space, high-rise building design principles, combined with the practice of near-Earth space in the design process the corresponding strategies and tactics.Full-text from the level of theory and practice of the near-Earth space, architectural space and the external environment, design issues, of which the third, four chapters are the core sections of the article, starting with the cold high-rise building near-Earth space, architectural space expounds cold to high-rise building near-Earth space, space in the sequence characteristics of the space with the cold type, spatial organization, spatial interface, and so the design of countermeasures, and to identify the various components of near-Earth space and reasonable spatial scale and interface format; followed by pairs of high-level cold Construction of near-Earth space in the external environment made a certain depth and breadth of discussion, in theory, high-rise building in cold induction of near-Earth space based on the unique aesthetic characteristics, combined with a large number of examples, discussed the external environment in the near-Earth space and venue to be compatible, with the cold climate in the positive integration of specific, practical design techniques in order to provide users with a positive and friendly and comfortable with the winter cold to high-rise building near-Earth space, the external environment.Paper concludes with a cold high-rise building near-Earth space and the coordination of integration of urban functions should be designed to adapt to nature, adapt to social, flexible and change, the development of innovative new ideas, and actively follow the progress of the times and ideas updates.
