交互式无线汽车智能钥匙系统研制

【摘要】 随着我国人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车越来越成为人们生活中常用的一部分。随着汽车数量的不断增多,车辆被盗的数量也逐年上升,担心车辆被盗,成为每一位汽车用户关心的问题。因此,研制出高性能的汽车防盗报警系统具有重要的应用价值。目前,滚动码加密技术和无线遥控技术已经有了长足的发展,将该技术融入汽车防盗系统,是汽车防盗系统新的发展方向之一。本课题中设计了一种无需用户干预的交互式无线汽车智能钥匙系统。这种新型的智能钥匙系统融合了滚动码技术和无线射频识别技术,用户只需要靠近车门,车门门锁就能自动打开。该系统可自动执行对用户的准确识别,安全方便,且稍加改动即可应用于汽车防盗、汽车轮胎测压等方面,具有较好的推广价值。论文首先介绍了本交互式无线汽车智能钥匙系统原理和结构,进而细致介绍了滚动码加密关键技术。然后,介绍了系统的硬件构成,包括系统电源电路、微处理器PIC16F639,高频发射、接收电路,低频发射、接收电路以及外围的检测控制电路。进而,在软件设计上详细分析了滚动码加密机制,系统数据信息处理中用到的无线数据接收算法、滚动码软件解密算法、主从微处理器通信协议以及系统应用控制流程。最后,本文对该系统的功能进行了测试。测试结果表明,采用PIC16F639单片机、TDA5201接收模块等组成的无线汽车智能钥匙系统,运行稳定,可靠性好,操作简便,达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of people’s living standard, cars have increasingly become a part of the common people’s lives. The number of cars increased, the number of vehicle thefts increased year by year. Fearing theft of vehicles has become a concern for every vehicle owner. Therefore, study on high-performance automotive anti-theft alarm system has an important application value. At present, the rolling code encryption technology and wireless remote control technology are already very mature. Those technologies have been introduced into car anti-theft system. It is a new development direction.The issue puts forward a without user intervention intelligent key system. This new type of intelligent key system uses the rolling code technology and radio frequency identification technology, users only need to close the door, the door lock will automatically open. This system not only can recognize user identity without keystroke, security and convenience, but also can makeup automobile tire pressure monitoring system, car alarm and so on. So it has stronger promotional value.This paper first introduced the basic principles and structure of automobile anti-theft system, thus described the technologies of rolling code encryption.Then introduced the system’s hardware structure, including the system power supply circuit, the microprocessor PIC16F639, high-frequency transmitting and receiving circuit, low-frequency transmitting and the receiving circuit, as well as the external detec circuit and control circuit.Software design analyzed the rolling code security encryption mechanism and data processing including radio data receiving algorithm, rolling code software decryption algorithm, microprocessor communication agreement and applied system controlling flow.Finally, the functionality of the system was tested. The test results show that this system using the single-chip PIC16F639 and receiving module TDA5201 is stable, reliable, easy to operate, and meet the design requirements.
