深部矿井回采巷道围岩变形失稳分析

【摘要】 深部资源开采一直是国内外采矿工程界十分关注的一个重要的课题。本文针对华亭煤矿急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段放顶煤开采过程中,处于深部环境状态下,回采巷道围岩矿压显现规律、围岩变形严重的实际情况进行理论分析,并对其影响因素进行了系统的阐述。通过现场取煤岩样对巷道围岩力学参数及冲击倾向性进行了大量的实验室测试与研究,结果表明,煤和顶底板岩体具有弱的冲击倾向性,煤岩呈明显脆性,得出煤岩的力学特性参数。对该井田的原岩应力进行了测量,初步分析了原岩应力的分布特征。在此基础上研究了急倾斜煤层水平分段开采上分层采动引起的特殊的支承压力现象,并进行了理论分析。为了进一步对比分析上下分层回风巷道和运输巷道的变形破坏机理,利用RFPA和FLAC数值分析软件进行了模拟。现场采用钻孔窥视、松动圈仪器等对围岩损伤与变形的多元信息监测,结合表面变形与深部离层规律综合监测与锚杆(索)力学性态试验及测试,深入系统地分析复杂地质条件下巷道围岩变形与演化失稳特征和规律。最终确定了巷道的合理支护形式与参数,并通过围岩松动圈对测试结果进行了验证。最后分析了巷道围岩变形的力学机制总结了其失稳破坏的原因,并提出了控制巷道围岩破坏的有效方法,确保了回采巷道的安全与稳定,对深部条件下煤矿安全开采具有重要实际意义。

【Abstract】 Resource exploitation in deep mining engineering has been of great concern at home and abroad is an important issue. On the basis of a steep seam mining on the layer of horizontal section of the special mining abutment pressure caused by the phenomenon, and analyzed theoretically. In order to further comparative analysis of the upper and lower layer wind tunnel and transport back to the roadway deformation mechanism, using numerical analysis software RFPA and FLAC are simulated. Spy on site drilling, equipment and other loose ring injury and deformation of the surrounding multi-information monitoring, combined with the deep surface deformation and integrated monitoring and bolt separation law (Cable) mechanical behavior of trial and testing, in-depth system analysis of complex geological Roadway Deformation and failure characteristics and laws of evolution. Ultimately determine the reasonable support of roadway forms and parameters, and through the rock loose ring on the test results are verified. Final analysis of the mechanism of deformation of laneway summed up the reasons for its instability failure, and proposed roadway damage control effective way to ensure roadway safety and stability under the conditions of the deep coal mining has important practical safety significance.
