嵌入式旋翼转速调节放大器测试系统的研制

【摘要】 本系统采用模块化设计思想,以单片机为核心同时运用虚拟仪器技术,设计了一种全新的旋翼转速调节放大器测试计量分析系统。它能够输出电压、频率、功率等变化范围大,精度要求高的数字合成信号;采集多种信号变化范围大、测量精度、稳定度要求较高的交流、直流模拟信号;并能进行多种测试工况之间的功率切换,在汽车电控器件检测等领域有很好的推广应用前景。课题主要工作包括:直升机旋翼转速调节放大器测试仪的工作原理分析,硬件设计,软件设计,抗干扰设计。根据旋放工作环境,内部功能原理及测试信号量类型,提出了模块化系统设计思想。硬件部分包括有高精度低频信号源模块、数据采集模块、数字恒流源模块、继电器端子板等附属电路的设计。数字低频信号源模块软件算法采用数字频率合成技术(DDS),结合C8051F330单片机片内D/A转换器和信号幅值调节电路,实现了输出信号频率和幅值的同步变化;设计了多达17路各种信号量的变送电路,采用容量为2M字节的SD卡存储相关数据,保证了波形的快速采集存储显示,便于计算机对数据实时处理;采用C8051F330单片机内部D/A来产生数字恒流源发生信号,可输出变化范围大,分辨率高的恒定电流;数据通信模块采用RS485通信方式下MODBUS通信协议;自制继电器端子板可以实现对多路信号量各种测试工况之间的切换。上位机软件以LabWindows/CVI6.0为开发平台,采用分层设计思想,并运用多线程技术,实现了数据采集、处理、显示等功能同时进行,满足了旋放性能测试的需要。目前该系统已投入使用,体积比原有设备缩小一半,各项主要技术参数通过了专业机构的鉴定,满足了用户的要求。

【Abstract】 A new rotor speed control amplifier test measurement and analysis system is designed which uses modular design and apply both the single chip technology and the virtual instrument technology. It can output voltage, frequency, power, digital synthesis signal which has great range, high precision; collect various types of multi-channel analog signal which contains large-scale AC and DC signal that demands a higher degree of measurement accuracy and stability. Meanwhile, the system can change power between various test conditions which has a very good application prospect in the testing fields of automotive electrical device.Thesis work contains the principle analysis of helicopter rotor speed regulator amplifier tester, hardware design, software design, anti-jamming design of three parts. According to spin up the work environment, internal capabilities and test semaphore type, modular design is proposed. Hardware includes high-precision low-frequency signal source modules, data acquisition module, digital current source module, relays of terminal blocks and other ancillary circuit. Digital frequency synthesis technology (DDS) is used in digital low-frequency signal source module software algorithm, combined with C8051F330 MCU on-chip D/A converters and signal amplitude adjustment circuit in order to output signal whose frequency and amplitude of synchronous can be changed. Variable transmitter circuit is designed up to 17 Road various signal with a capacity of 2M bytes of SD card data storage ensuring fast waveform capture and store to facilitate computer data processing. Digital current source module with C8051F330 MCU internal D/A can generate a digital constant-current with variable output range and high-resolution. MODBUS communication protocol in the RS485 communication mode is used in communication module. Relay terminal board can fully meet the various testing conditions. LabWindows/CVI6.0 is used as development platform of PC software, which is designed by stratified design, and multi-threading technology in order to realize data collection, processing, display and so on at the same time, which meets the test requirements.Currently the system has been put into use, whose volume reduced by half compared with the original equipment. And the main technical parameters identified by the professional bodies meet the user requirements.
