液压支架设计软件的开发研究

【摘要】 液压支架是煤矿机械化综采工作面的关键设备,其性能的好坏直接影响到煤矿的安全生产和生产效率。因地质构造和煤层赋存条件的多样性,液压支架产品在结构特征和技术参数上都具有很强的专用性,其生产特征是单套小批量的模式,支架产品的设计工作量在整个产品的成型过程中所占比重较大。利用先进的设计技术开发专业设计软件是提高液压支架产品设计质量和工作效率的最行之有效的途径。本文在分析国内液压支架设计水平的基础上,以Visual Basic环境为平台开发了液压支架设计软件。设计软件分为性能分析和结构分析两个模块,其中性能分析模块可以完成支架运动学、静力学和性能的分析计算,整个过程以人机交互方式进行,结果数据能够以报表和图形的形式反馈给工程技术人员;在结构分析模块的开发中,本文引入参数化设计的思想,将参数化设计技术与有限元分析技术结合起来应用于支架的结构设计中,实现了结构的参数化有限元分析计算。参数化有限元分析的实现是运用参数化设计语言(APDL)和VB面向对象编程技术对有限元软件进行二次开发及封装。具体实施是通过参数化设计语言(APDL)将模型创建、网格划分、载荷施加等有限元分析的操作过程编写成带参数的命令流程序;运用VB面向对象编程技术开发用户操作界面,通过VB文本读写操作功能实现用户程序与APDL程序的相互嵌套,将文本框中的数据赋给APDL命令流程序中的变量,完成参数数据的传输,并生成可执行的APDL命令流文件;在VB环境下调用ANSYS软件执行APDL命令流文件,实现结构的有限元分析计算。本文开发的设计软件具有一定的实用性,同时在结构分析模块中参数化有限元分析技术的应用为开发专业的液压支架结构设计系统提供了一种思路和方法。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic supports are the key equipments on the fully mechanized coal face of mechanization in coal mine, and their performance can directly influence the safe production and productive efficiency. Because of the diversity of geological structure and coal seam occurrence condition, the hydraulic supports products have a strong specificity on structural features and technical parameters, and the production features are single set and low-volume model, the design work during the product forming process accounts for a larger proportion. Utilizing the advanced design technology to design the professional design software is the most effective way to improve the product design quality and work efficiency.Based on the analyzing of domestic hydraulic supports design level, this paper utilized Visual Basic environment as the platform and developed the hydraulic supports design software. It included performance and structure analyzing modules, the performance analyzing module can complete the analyses calculation of supports kinematics, statics and capacity,the whole process conducts with human-computer interaction,and the result data can feedback to the engineering technology persons using the report and graphic forms; during the development of structure analyzing module, this paper introduced the parameters design thought, and combined the parameters design with finite element analysis in designing the structure, this realized the structure parameters design and finite element analysis calculation. The realization of this method is applied by parameters design language (APDL) and VB object oriented programming technology to secondly develop and encapsulate the finite element software, the concrete implementation is using APDL to compile command procedure with parameters which included model establishment, mesh generation, load application and other finite element analysis processes; developing user operation interface by using VB object oriented programming technology, using function of VB text read-write operation to realize user program and APDL nesting mutually, giving the data in textbox to the variables in APDL command procedure, accomplishing parameters data transmission and generating the executable APDL commanding files; calling ANSYS to execute the APDL commanding files in the VB environment, and realize the structure finite element analysis calculation.The design software developed in this paper has some practicality, meanwhile, the application of parameters finite element analysis technology provide a kind of thought and method for developing the professional hydraulic supports structure design system.
