【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济下高等教育产业的迅猛发展,大学校园建设项目对规划及建筑设计成果有更高的要求,市场潜力巨大。单纯从设计方法和意识形态的角度研究如何提高设计水平,不能从根本上解决问题。本文提出在建设项目的前期筹划阶段引入建筑策划理念,使大学校园规划与设计程序更加科学和完善,从而导致设计成果更加满足使用要求。论文建立在大量文献阅读研究及项目实践的基础上,通过对工程项目前期筹划理论、建筑策划理论和我国高等教育发展趋势理论的研究,形成独具特色的大学校园建筑策划基本内容,即大学校园建筑策划是以大学价值取向为基础,全过程参与、分阶段进行的,研究和制定设计依据的过程。其中章节具体阐述了大学校园建筑策划的目的、特点和操作体系。策划的目的和特点是以研究大学价值取向为根本,结合大学项目建设过程和规划设计的现状和特点分析而成。操作体系是针对大学建设项目进行建筑策划的各阶段的工作内容、成果、技术手段、参与人员分析和研究。最后结合北京建筑工程学院大兴新校区的建筑策划案例对理论进行实践指导。大学校园建设项目具有很强的规律性,建筑策划介入项目的前期阶段会从本质上给设计成果带来提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education industry in China has being boomed for decades. The huge market does not only need the numerous campuses but also requires the higher quality planning and designs. It cannot be achieved only by means of improving design method and architectural ideology. This paper suggests introducing the architectural programming at the early stage of pre-design.The paper bases on the research of massive literature and practicing of the real project .It forms the theory of programming for the university campus design through the research of three theories—the theory of the process of the building, theory of architectural programming, the theory of trend of our country higher education. The theory takes the university value orientation as a foundation; entires all process and carry on by stages. The programming goal is research and formulates the according as the design. The chapters elaborate the goal and the characteristic of the theory, it also point out the operation system. The goal and characteristic of the theory are based on the university’s value orientation. The operation system introduces the work content, the production, the technological means and the person who join the work about various stage of the project. Finally it gives the practice instruction to the theory by a real plan named Beijing University of Architectural engineering institute Daxing new campus design.The design of university campus has very strong regularity. The involvement of architectural programming will give the essentially exaltation to the design production.更多还原
