【摘要】 本文将以和谐社会的视角为出发点,研究如何实现高校思想政治教育工作路径的创新。除了引言,本文结构可以分为以下三部分：首先,本文具体阐释构建和谐社会的思想,即和谐社会思想的历史渊源和基本内涵,并且尝试探讨了和谐社会思想与高校思想政治工作的互动关系,即高校思想政治工作是构建和谐社会的重要基础,服务于构建和谐社会的伟大战略；和谐社会思想对高校思想政治教育工作有方法论的指导意义,并对高校思想政治教育工作提出了新要求。第二部分,本文具体分析了高校思想政治教育环境变迁与当前存在的问题,其中环境变迁从社会环境、科学发展观和高等教育体系三个方面来阐述。最后,从和谐社会视角出发,以二者的互动关系为启发,研究了如何实现高校思想政治工作路径的创新,即从工作理念、师资队伍和网络媒体方式三个方面来创新。其一,树立“以人为本”的高校思想政治教育工作理念,即“以人为本”,尊重学生的主体地位；树立服务意识。其二,提高高校思想政治教育工作者的基本水平,即建立学习型的高校思想政治教育工作者队伍、建立良好的高校思想政治教育工作者的激励和评价机制。其三,充分利用现代化的网络平台,不断提高思想政治教育工作者的信息敏锐度及计算机网络操作技能,建立专业化的高校思想政治教育网络中心,创建有效地网络信息监督与引导机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the point of harmonious society, this thesis will research on how to achieve path innovation of ideological and political work in university.In addition to the introduction, the paper can be divided into the following three parts. First, this paper elaborates the idea of building a harmonious society, including the history of harmonious society idea and its basic meaning. Then, this article discusses the interaction of harmonious society and ideological and political work in university. In the second part, this article analyzes environmental changes of the ideological and political education in university and the current problems. The environmental changes of the ideological and political education in university mainly include social, political ideas and the high education system’s changes. Finally, from the point of harmonious society, it researches on how to achieve path innovation of ideological and political work in university, mainly focusing on work ideas, education workers and the modern network media. Precise speaking, in order to improve our ideological and political work in university, we need to establish the "people-oriented" concept of ideological and political education, improve the basic level of ideological and political education workers and make full use of modern network platform.更多还原
