基于ZigBee无线网络的电力抄表系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Power Meter Reading System Based on ZigBee Wireless Network

【摘要】 随着电力行业的自动化程度越来越高,自动抄表技术正在改变着传统的抄表方式,自动抄表能减少抄表所需的人力、物力代价,为电力部门提供更科学的管理和决策。本文在对几种自动抄表技术进行分析比较的基础上,提出了将ZigBee无线通信技术应用于自动抄表中的方案。通过对ZigBee的网络结构和协议栈的详细介绍,同时结合实际应用的要求,设计了基于ZigBee的无线抄表监控系统的总体架构。该系统既能实现自动抄取整点电量数据的功能,同时还能通过发送指令查看电能表的实时信息。系统采用网状结构的ZigBee网络和以太网组成混合网络,由采集终端、路由器、集中器、上位机软件、后台服务器、数据中心和Web管理系统等部分组成,论文分别对集终端、路由器和集中器进行了硬件和软件设计,其中在硬件设计时,采用AVR单片机作为核心处理器,IP-Link 1221-2264作为无线通信的ZigBee模块。系统用VB设计了上位机软件和后台服务器,上位机软件实现了计算机和单片机之间的串口通信,同时把接收的串口数据经处理后存储在本地数据库中,由后台服务器读取处理后,写入到数据中心,用ASP.NET语言设计了B/S结构的前台Web管理系统,是用户操作的前台界面,可以对电量数据进行查看与分析,同时还可以发送实时监控指令对集中器和采集终端进行控制。最后论文对系统进行了测试与分析,验证了该方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the degree of automation increases in the power industry, automatic meter reading technology is changing the way of the tradiitional meter reading, automatic meter reading reduces the cost of manpower and material,and provides more scientific mangement and decision-making for electricity sector.In this thesis, based on the analysis and comparison of the severval kinds of automatic meter reading technology, it proposes the program,which is that the ZigBee wireless communication technology is applied to the automatic meter reading technology.Through the detailed description of the ZigBee’s network structure and protocal stack,combined with the pratical application of the requirements, it designs the overall structure of the wireless meter reading and monitoring system based on ZigBee.The system not only realize the function of automatically reading the whole point data,but also the real-time information by sending commands.The system adpot the hybrid network composed by ZigBee’mesh structure and Ethernet, and it constitutes of collection terminals, routers, concentrators, host computer software,the back server,data centers and web management system.Collection terminals,routers and concentrators are designed in hardware and software, they use AVR microcontroller as the core processor,and IP-Link 1221-2264 as the ZigBee wireless communication module.Host computer software and back server is designed by VB, which realize the serial communication function betweeen computer and SCM, and the serial data received is treated to save to the local database, the back server read the data of the local datababase,then write to data center after treating them. Web management system adpoted B/S structure is designed by ASP.NET, it’s the desk interface of operations, and it realize the function of viewing the power data and controling the concentrators and collection terminals. Finally, the system has been tested and the scheme’s feasibility has been validated.
