数据挖掘在煤与瓦斯突出关联因素分析中的应用研究

【摘要】 煤炭是一个特殊行业也是一个高危行业。煤矿安全管理是煤矿企业管理的一个十分重要的环节,煤矿安全管理的好坏,不但关系到煤矿企业的发展和前途,更加关系到每个矿井工作人员的生命安危。虽然我国是一个产煤大国,但是矿井事故甚至一些重大、特大事故还时有发生。其中煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生较为典型。瓦斯突出事故因其可预测性不高、发生时间突然且地点聚集等特点,为我国煤炭企业带来了重大的经济损失和人员伤亡,因此,加强我国煤矿企业的安全管理制度,减少煤矿事故发生的工作迫在眉睫。本文就煤矿企业的安全问题,重点针对煤与瓦斯突出问题,设计了利用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则算法对影响煤与瓦斯突出相关因素进行分析的模型。模型主要涉及到异构数据源转换、数据仓库建立和数据挖掘技术的应用三个模块。在异构数据源转换模块,主要利用目前较为流行的XML技术和ADO.Net技术合理有效的解决了异构数据源集成问题,为数据仓库的建立奠定了坚实的基础。在数据挖掘技术算法的选择上,该模型选择了技术相对流行和成熟的Apriori算法,该算法的成功应用进一步说明了,数据挖掘技术应用在煤矿企业安全管理的潜力性和可发展性。该模型的成功开发,作为数据挖掘技术在煤矿企业的深入应用还只是涉足一小步,但是为数据仓库和数据挖掘技术的广泛应用提供了一种新的思路,并为煤矿企业的决策者提供决策理论依据作出了一定的贡献,对煤矿企业安全管理方面有一定的实用性和很强的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Coal is a special industry, which is also a high-risk industry. Coal mine safety management is a very important link in the management of an enterprise.Its good or bad, not only related to the development and future of coal mining enterprises, but also more related to the life of each mine safety of the staff. China is a major coal producer, the coal mine accidents and even some major and serious accidents also occur occasionally. Because Gas outburst accident’s predictability is not high, the occurrence time is so sudden and the gathering place ect,all this characteristics had brought considerable economic losses and casualties in China, that is why it is so urgent to enhance the safety of China’s coal enterprises management system.In this paper, basing on the safety of coal mining enterprises, focusing on the problem of coal and gas outburst, the model which is used to analysis the related factors of affecting coal and gas outburst in view of data mining algorithms of association rules is designed The model is mainly related to heterogeneous data sources conversion, data Warehouse and data mining techniques to establish the application of three modules. In the heterogeneous data source converter module, the main advantage of the current more popular XML technology and ADO.Net technology, reasonable and effective solution to the problem of integrating heterogeneous data sources for the establishment of data warehouse and laid a solid foundation. In data mining algorithm selection, the model selected Apriori algorithm technology is relatively popular and mature, which further illustrates the successful application of data mining technology used in coal mining enterprise security management.The successful development of the model as a data mining technology in coal mining enterprises involved in-depth application of just one small step, but for the data warehouse and data mining technology, provides a wide range of application of new ideas, and coal mining enterprises in decision-making to provide theoretical basis for the decision-making has made a definite contribution to safety management of coal mines have a certain practicality and a strong reference value.
