基于最优级数的煤矿供电网络综合优化研究

【摘要】 随着原煤产量和煤矿安全生产要求的提高,部分煤矿原有供电网不能满足现有生产的要求,需要对原有煤矿供电网进行重新优化、规划,以提高煤矿供电安全性、供电质量和供电能力,满足生产的需要。本文即是针对煤矿供电网络级数多、损耗大、电压质量低、运行不经济等亟待解决的问题开展的研究工作。首先对煤矿供电系统的总体结构、分层供电方式以及各个生产系统的供电特性进行了分析,然后就煤矿供电网络存在的问题进行了研究。针对供电网络分级过多带来的问题,根据图论中的最短路径问题,提出了最少级数理论,将最短路径与最少级数相结合,对最优级数进行了研究。在此研究基础上,按生产系统的特点把同级负荷进行归类,将最优级数和各生产系统的地理位置进行最优组合,提出了煤矿供电网络的优化方案。针对煤矿电压质量不合格、电网运行不经济、功率损耗偏大的问题,根据无功“分级补偿,就地平衡”的原则,对煤矿供电系统无功优化进行研究。最后采用上述研究结果对某煤矿供电网络进行优化,并采用潮流分析法对原供电系统和优化后的供电系统进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明该方法优化效果明显,并通过经济分析验证了该方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the increasing of coal production and the safety production requirements in coal mine, some of the original coal mine supply network can not meet the existing production requirements.The existing coal mines supply network is needed to be re-optimized and re-planned to improve the security andquality and ability of power supply to meet the production needs.The research work is carried out for the multi-series and big losses, low voltage quality and operation uneconomic problems of the coal mine power supply network.Firstly, the overall structure, the hierarchical form, as well as the characteristics of each production system of the coal mine power supply system are analyzed. And then the problems of coal mine supply network are studied. According to the shortest path problems in graph theory, the minimum series theory is promoted for excessive classification in power supply network, and then the best series are studied with the combination of shortest path and minimum series. Based on the research, the same level load is classified, according to the characteristics of production systems, and the coal mine supply network optimization solutions were proposed with the optimal combination of the best series and the production system’s location. The reactive power optimization of the coal mine were studied for unqualified voltage quality and operation uneconomic of power grids and the too large power loss problems, according to reactive principles "grading compensation, local balancing".Finally a simiulation is made by taking the findings to optimize one coal mine power supply network. The simulation results show that the program has a good performance. Through the economic analysis proved that this program is feasible.
