深水半潜式钻井平台一体化集成系统中心控制室方案研究

【摘要】 深水钻井的关键问题在于设备及其技术支持,由于其自然环境的限制,要求深水钻井平台上的钻井设备要有高度集成一体化的控制系统,以便能够实现优质、快速、高效、低成本、风险事故小的深水钻井作业。深水钻井技术涉及到多方面的设备和技术,在此处我们仅进行有关深水钻井平台钻井装备的集中控制方案的研究。一体化集成控制系统主要是对平台深水作业进行实时指导和操作,它的主要体现为钻井集成中心控制室,是钻井工作人员进行深水钻井的主要工作场所,其相应的操作单元是执行深水作业的基本单位,本文对一体化集成控制系统各部分都进行了一定的深入分析和研究。同时一个安全、适宜的工作环境也是研究的重要内容之一,使控制室的设备和环境适合人的生理、心理特点以及人的能力及其限度,从而使其技术充分发挥作用。基于上述问题的考虑做出了相应的控制室方案,为我国深水钻井设备一体化控制室的设计和发展做了一些探讨性的工作。

【Abstract】 The key issues of deep-water drilling are the equipments and technical support. Due to the restrictions of natural environment where it is carried on, it is necessary to equip highly integrated whole control system for the equipments of deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform in order to make deep-water drilling in high quality, speed and efficiency, as well as low cost and risk. Although deep-water drilling technology involves a wide range of equipments and techniques, we mainly concentrate on the study of the integrated whole system that associated with the drilling equipments of deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform in this paper. The main function of integrated whole control system is providing operation and real-time guidance for on-site deep-sea drilling work. As the major part of the whole system, drilling integrated contiol room is the main work space of drilling staff who conducted the deep-sea drilling. And the corresponding operating units of drilling integrated control room are the basic units that used to implement deep-sea drilling. In this paper, each part of the integrated whole control system is deeply analyzed and studied. Besides, another important part in this paper is the research on the safe and comfortable working environment in order to make sure that the equipments and environment in control room could fit for the human physiological and psychological characteristics, as well as the human capability and limits, which could help the integrated whole control system fully play its role. Based on the considerations of issues above, the plan about contiol room is developed accordingly in order to provide some exploratory work for the design and development of Chinese deep-water drilling equipment integrated control room.
