【摘要】 产业集群是推动区域经济发展的重要动力,国内外众多的国家和地区都借助产业集群实现了经济的快速、优质发展。对于黄河三角洲高效生态经济区来说,如何借鉴其他地区的发展经验加快区域的产业集群发展,不仅是实现该区高效、生态发展的必由之路,而且对整个环渤海地区的振兴与崛起具有深远意义。本文按照“理论研究——现状分析——环境要素评价——具体发展思路——相应推进措施”的思路,以产业集群相关理论概述及国内外产业集群的发展情况为铺垫,概括了黄河三角洲高效生态经济区产业集群的发展现状,并运用SWOT分析方法对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区产业集群发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了总结,最后依据前文的研究提出黄河三角洲高效生态经济区产业集群发展的具体思路及推进措施。经过研究发现黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的产业集群虽已获得了一定的发展,但仍存在着集群发展水平低、结构不合理等问题,且该区生态环境较为脆弱,极易受生产活动的影响、破坏,区内的交通、水利等基础设施建设相对滞后,高级人力资源缺乏,各地之间协调发展的机制尚未建立,这些都将阻碍黄河三角洲高效生态经济区产业集群的发展。本文在对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区内产业集群发展的实际情况进行分析之外,又通过计算、比较区内各产业的总产值区位商,确定了该区适合进行集群发展的产业,阐明了区域集群发展的思路,并提出从协调发展机制、加强基础建设、加大资金支持、提高创新能力、强化生态保护6个方面推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区产业集群的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial cluster is an important driving force to regional economic development, many countries and regions at home and abroad achiece rapid and high-quality economic decelopment with industrial clusters.To Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone,how to draw lessons from other areas to accelerate its industrial clustering is not only the way to realize the area’s efficient and ecological development,but also making profound sense in realizing the rise of rejuvenation of the whol bohai rim region.According to the ideas of“theory study——actuality analysis——evaluation of environmental factors——promotion mesaures”, this paper firstly introduce the main theroies about industrial clusters and the development situation of industrial clusters at home and abroad.And then it summarizes the development situation of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone’industrial clusters, analyzes the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge to the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone’industrial clusters by the analysis method of SWOT. Finally base on the above research, the paper proposes the developing ideas and specific measures to the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone’industrial clustering.After the study we found, the industrial clusters of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone has obtained certain development, but there are still some problems: the industrial clusters’development level is low, their structure is unreasonable. the area’s ecological environment is very fragile, easily marred by production activities, its infrastructures such as traffic,water,etc are lagging,senior human resources are lacking, the mechanism of coordinated development has not coming to been, etc.All of the problems will block the development of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone’industrial clustering. Based on the analysis about the development situation of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone’industrial clustering, this paper determine the industry which is suitable for the development of industry clustering by calculating and comparing the output location quotient of each industry, and clarify the developing ideas of the zone’s industry clustering, raise that the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone should coordinate development mechanism, strengthen infrastructure, increase financial support, improve the ability to innovate, strengthen the ecological protection to promote the development of industry clustering.更多还原
