永3断块层系井网立体开发技术政策界限研究

【摘要】 目前胜利油区复杂断块油藏都普遍进入特高含水期,该类油藏储层非均质强、断裂系统及油水关系复杂,并经历过多次层系、井网调整,针对以上特点,本文选取地质特征与开发特征都具代表性的永3断块作为课题研究区块,通过系统分析其油藏概况及开发特点,包括:地质概况分析,即断裂系统、储层物性和油水关系等;开发历程分析;储量动用状况评价、层系井网适应性评价、水驱效果评价、能量状况评价和采收率评价,发现目前断块油藏存在层系内储层非均质强、层间干扰严重、储量动用不均衡,井网形式和井型不能满足大幅度提高采收率需要等矛盾,因此为了最大程度提高断块油藏采收率,本文开展了断块油藏立体开发技术研究。综合应用多种剩余油研究方法对剩余油分布规律及剩余油潜力进行分析;制定了不同油价不同井型单井经济极限初始产量和控制储量、单井经济极限含水及单层开发技术政策界限;结合概念模型研究了层系重组技术政策界限和井网井距技术政策界限,并对技术政策界限的应用效果进行评价,开发指标对比表明进行立体开发能大幅度提高水驱控制程度从而达到大幅度提高采收率的目的。
【Abstract】 At present complex fault block oil reservoir of Sheng-li oil field all generally enter to the especially high watery time. This kind of oil reservoir’s non-isotropic is strong, the break system and the perquisite relations is complex, and it has experienced many times layer and pattern’s modification, In view of above characteristic, this article selects Y3 fault blocks whose geological feature and development characteristic all have representative to take the topic research. Through carring on system analysis to ireservoir survey and the development characteristic, including: geological survey analysis, such as break system, reservoir nature and perquisite relations and so on; appraise of reserves use condition, formation well pattern compatibility, water drive effect, energy condition and recovery ratio, Find current block reservoir have conflicts of intensity non-homogeneous, serious interference between layers, unbalanced reserves using, well pattern and well type can not meet the substantially enhanced oil recovery needs and so on, So in order to maximize the fault block reservoirs’recovery, we study block reservoir stereo technology of development. Comprehensive applying various remaining oil methods, we analyze the remaining oil distribution and its potential; Setting economic limit of initial production and reserve control of different well type at different oil price, single well economic limit water-cut and single-layer development technology policy limit, the formation reorganization technology policy limit, the pattern well spacing development technology economic policy limit. Though evaluating the technical limits’application, we find it can greatly enhanced oil recovery.
