NPS-2石油磺酸盐的组成分析与应用性能研究

【摘要】 本论文将NPS-2石油磺酸盐分离为有效物、不溶物和未磺化油,采用两相滴定法测定了活性物的平均当量及含量,并通过红外光谱、元素分析、核磁共振、电喷雾质谱等方法对各组分及原料油进行了分析表征;对NPS-2石油磺酸盐的表、界面性能及影响因素进行了研究;并结合JZ9-3油藏的实际情况对其开展了应用性能评价,对筛选出的驱油配方进行了室内岩心驱油实验。研究结果发现:NPS-2石油磺酸盐的有效物含量在70%以上,平均相对分子量适中,具有较宽的分子量分布,分子平均含3个芳环,烷基侧链平均含13-15个碳原子,烷基侧链平均含2-3条支链,产物中含有少量双磺酸盐。NPS-2石油磺酸盐的CMC为0.1%,表面张力为29.85mN·m-1;NaCl、Na2SO4、NaOH和Na2CO3等助剂均可降低石油磺酸盐油水体系的界面张力;钙镁离子含量过高会导致石油磺酸盐出现沉淀,影响界面性能;配注水在一定的矿化度范围内对降低体系界面张力有利;非离子表面活性剂NR-1与石油磺酸盐复配后产生正协同效应。NPS-2石油磺酸盐较佳的使用浓度为0.15%,单剂和聚表二元体系均可使JZ9-3原油的界面张力达到超低;聚表二元体系属于非牛顿流体,具有良好的抗剪切能力、耐温性、热稳定性以及注入性,无明显乳化现象;根据JZ9-3油藏条件和产品性能测试,最终确定PS二元驱油体系配方为0.12%P(SNF3640D)+0.15%S;岩心驱油实验表明,PS驱最终采出程度比纯水驱提高了19.64%,比聚合物驱提高了5.53%。

【Abstract】 In this paper, NPS-2 petroleum sulfonate is separated into effective component, insoluble substance and un-sulfonated oil. The average relative molecular weight and content of effective component are determinated by biphase titration method. The components of NPS-2 and feed oil are also analyzed and characterized through infrared spectrum(IR), elementary analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS). The surface properties of NPS-2 and factors that effect on IFT are studied, and the application performance of NPS-2 is evaluated combining with the practical condition of JZ9-3 oil deposit, finally the optimum oil-displacement agent prescription is selected, and core displacement experiment is also carried out.The results show the content of effective component is as high as 70%, the average relative molecular mass of NPS-2 is apprppriate and possesses a broad distribution range. In normal condition the molecular structure contains 3 aromatic rings, the average number of carbon atoms is 13-15, branched chain in the alkyl group is 2-3, and there is a small portion of bisulfonate in the products.The CMC of NPS-2 petroleum sulfonate is 0.10%, the value of surface tension is 29.85mN·m-1; Addtion agents such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate can decrease the interfacial tention (IFT); The higher concentration of calcium and magnesium will result in the precipitation of NPS-2, consequently influences the interfacial properties; the mineral salt concentration of injected water should have a proper range; The combination of non-ionic surfactant NR-1 and NPS-2 possesses a positive synergistic effect.The optimum operating concentration of NPS-2 is 0.15%, the individual NPS-2 and P-S (polymer-surfactant) dual system can both make IFT reduce to 10-3 mN·m-1; P-S dual system belongs to non-newtonian fluid, and possesses good shear resistance strength, heat resistance, thermal stability as well as poured nature, emulsification of P-S dual system can not be observed obviously. Taking the practical condition of JZ9-3 oil deposit and the properties of NPS-2 into consideration, finally the optimum oil-displacement prescription is fixed as 0.12%P(SNF3640D)+0.15%S. Core displacement experiment indicates that the recovery of P-S dual system is increased by 19.6% than water flooding, increased by 5.53% than polymer flooding
