【摘要】 目的:信息技术的发展和应用为医疗卫生事业的发展提供了一个新的契机,现代信息技术在医院管理、医疗、护理等方面的广泛应用,大大提高了医院的工作效率。信息技术已成为保障医院正常运行和医疗质量持续性提高的基础支撑体系和基本架构。在医疗卫生行业普遍应用信息网络化的今天,加强信息化建设已成为医院在加快发展,提升自身竞争水平和核心竞争力过程中所不能回避的一个问题。本课题旨在研究新疆各地、州、县不同级别医院信息化建设基本情况,对我区医院信息化建设信息技术人力资源情况、信息设备投入基本构成、软硬件使用的层级范围有一个基本的数据描述。通过深入分析研究基础资料,为政府与卫生行政部门提供参考数据,进一步推进新疆医疗卫生行业的信息化建设。方法:采用文献研究、发放调查表并结合实地调查,对采集到的调查样本进行筛选、过滤、质量控制后获得的调查数据进行统计分析。采用EXCEL表格建立数据库。使用SPSS16.0进行统计分析,统计方法包括描述性统计方法、t检验、卡方检验、秩和检验等。结果:(1)总体上看新疆各医院普遍加强了对医院信息化建设的重视力度,多数医院建立了专门的信息化部门并由院长或副院长亲自主管,新疆的医院信息化建设正处于积极向上、蓬勃发展时期。(2)不同地区、不同等级医院信息化发展进程与建设情况参差不齐,北疆地区二级医院信息化建设的各项指标与南疆同级别医院相比具有明显的优势。(3)信息化建设人力资源相对不足,学历偏底,特别是缺乏具有既懂医学又懂信息技术的综合性技术人才。整体上看我区医院信息化建设水平与全国水平在多数指标上仍有差距。结论:政府应加大投入,特别是要注重对偏远地区及经济相对落后地区医院信息化建设的扶持和引导,要统一规划统一部署,加强对专业人才队伍的培养建设,推动医院信息化顺利发展,为新疆地区医疗卫生事业的发展奠定坚实的技术架构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To describe the development and application of information technology provides a new opportunity for the development of medical and health the use of modern information technology in hospital management, medical, nursing, etc. greatly improved the efficiency of the hospital. Nowdays to enhance information construction becomes an important problem in the process of promoting the hospital’s competitive level.This topic is to study the basic conditions of hospital information construction in Xinjiang. Through in-depth analysis based data to provide reference data for the government and the health administration department and further promote Xinjiang hospial information construction. Methords:Through literature recersh,combination of questionnaire with field survey. Use SPSS16.0 for statistical analysis, statistical methods included descriptive statistics, t test, chi-square test and rank sum test.Results:(1) The whole Xinjiang hospitals gen- erally strengthened emphasis on the construction of hospital information construction, the majority of the hospitals established specialized information technology department in person by the President or the Vice-President in charge, the hospital information construction in Xinjiang is in the positive development period.(2) The information construction is various in different regions and different grades hospital the hospital information construction northern areas obvious advantages sourth areas. (3) The human resources of Information construction relative shortage in particular the lack of the comprehensive technical personnel Conclusion: The Government should increase investment, especially focus the supportting to the remote areas,strengthen the training of professional team ,promote the smooth development of hospital information ,for medical and health undertakings in Xinjiang has lay a solid technical architecture for the hospital’s development in XinJiang.更多还原
