硅烷偶联剂在崩瓷修补中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究硅烷偶联剂对瓷面与复合树脂之间剪切粘接强度的影响。使用可乐丽菲露补瓷套装修补金属烤瓷修复体崩瓷,评价可乐丽菲露补瓷套装中瓷处理剂对金属烤瓷修复体崩瓷的修补效果的影响,为临床提供指导。方法:实验通过将20个瓷试件随机分为2组,粗化后,实验组10个瓷试件采用瓷处理剂(硅烷偶联剂)与牙本质处理剂混合对瓷块表面处理,对照组用牙本质处理剂对瓷块表面处理,然后所有试件使用可乐丽菲露崩瓷修复系统粘接修复,经37℃恒温水浴24小时后,然后使用AG-10TA型万能力学测定仪测定瓷试件与复合树脂之间剪切粘接强度,采用两独立样本t检验进行统计分析。选择金属烤瓷修复体崩瓷的患者40例,采用可乐丽菲露补瓷套装修补,修复后6个月对树脂修补材料的成功率进行调查。结果:使用硅烷偶联剂处理组所获得的瓷块与复合树脂间剪切粘接强度值比未使用硅烷偶联剂组大,差异有显著性(P<0.05),可乐丽菲露补瓷套装修补崩瓷40例6个月的成功率达90.0%,失败率10.0%。结论:硅烷偶联剂能有效提高瓷-复合树脂间剪切粘接强度。用可乐丽菲露补瓷套装修补烤瓷牙瓷层断裂,短期临床效果较好。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the shear bond strength of silane coupling to porcelain reaping and composite resin.To study the clinical effect of silane coupling from CLEARFIL REPAIR on restoring porcelain fracture of PFM and to provide reference for clinical application. Methods: 20 porcelain test specimen were divided randomly into two groups of 10, After surface treatment, and all the specimen of the experiment group were treated with silane coupling agent plus composite resin cylinders while the specimen from control group were treated only with composite resin cylinders.All the specimen was bonded with CLEARFIL REPAIR system.and stored in 37 degrees C distilled water for 24 hours. Shear force were forced in AG-10TA universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of lmm/min. 40 patients with fracture were chosen clinically and were repaired by CLEARFIL REPAIR, The patients were followed up 6 months for offer repairtion. Results: The shear bond strength of experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). It showed that the stronger bonding strength existed in the experiment groups with silane coupling.All the patients were successfully followed up for 6 months with only ten percents refracture rate. Conclusion: The shear bond strength between porcelain and composite could be significantly improved by using silane coupling .The CLEARFIL REPAIR systerm proved to be a clinically applicable method to restoring porcelain fracture with satisfactory effect.
