脂肪乳化剂—唯乐美在AA肉鸡上的应用和研究

【摘要】 试验共用2030羽AA (Arbor Acres)肉鸡,分为对照组、试验组两组,每组设5个重复,每个重复203羽雏鸡。对照组和试验组在1到14日龄,均使用相同的基础日粮;15日龄后,对照组仍使用基础日粮,试验组在对照组基础上添加脂肪乳化剂——唯乐美0.0125%,同时去掉饲料配方中的0.5%脂肪,用等量的玉米补充。饲喂到43日龄出栏。试验期间,观察记录每日的死淘数、日耗料数,记录周末体重和平均日增重;出栏后随机抽取对照组和试验组肉鸡各20只,现场屠宰,记录屠宰性能指标;屠宰前于翅静脉取血,测定血清生化指标。结果表明:试验组在成活率、周末体重、平均日增重、料肉比上均优于对照组,最终出栏料肉比和出栏体重差异显著(P<0.05),周料肉比、周末体重、最终平均日增重和成活率差异均不显著;在屠宰性能上,试验组的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率比对照组的指标低,腹脂率却高于对照组,但各项指标差异均不显著;试验组血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)显著低于(P<0.05)对照组,降低了67.74%。而试验组血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)都有所降低,分别降低了27.87%、15.33%、1.59%、32.56%、16.54%,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05);而试验组血清中尿酸(UA)比对照组降低了36.92%,从P=0.075值来看,有显著差异趋势,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。结论:在饲料中添加脂肪乳化剂可以提高饲料中脂肪的乳化程度,进而提高肉鸡对脂肪的吸收率,提高日增重,降低料肉比,降低死亡率,在降低饲料成本的同时提高了肉鸡的生长性能;大多试验和研究都表明脂肪乳化剂能对肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能产生有利的影响,但在本试验中未能发现脂肪乳化剂对肉鸡的胴体品质没有改善,需要进一步试验;在饲料中添加脂肪乳化剂后,能改善肉鸡的血液指标,有利于对肉鸡肝脏的保护,减少脂肪肝,有利于体内蛋白质的合成,提高鸡群的健康状况。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of volamel on performance and serum biochemical parameter of 1-d-old broilers. A total of 2030 1-d-old male broiler chicks were randomly assigned to two experimental dietary treatments and a control treatment with 5 replicates of 203 bird per replicate pen. The treatments of two diets were the basal diet (control group); 0.0125% volamel were added into the 15-d diets(test group).The results showed that different levels of volamel improved the performance of 1-42-day broilers. The 0.0125% volamel increased the survival rate ,weight,daily weight gain and feed application and there was significant effect on the weight and feed application from the application of 0.0125% volamel. the slaughter rate, whole net carcass rate, halt’net carcass rate is lower than the control group,but the Ventral Fat Rate was higher,but there is no significanct difference. In comparison with the control group, the activities of ALP were significantly decreased 67.74%(P <0.05), The serum contents of GLU, LDH, CHO, TG, HDL-C was lower than the control group, and finally decreased to 27.87%,15.33%,1.59%,32.56%,16.54%,but threr is no significance between the control group and the test group.The serum UA contents is decreased to 36.92%(P=0.075) when compared with control group.It is conclude addition of volamel promoted the digestion of fat, enhanced daily weight gain and feed application and the economic benefits of production of broiler. A lot of research has showed that emulsifier increased the slaughter rate,but not in this research. volamel can promote the liver function and growth performance of Avian broilers by adding diet.
