心绞痛贴膏外治冠心病稳定型心绞痛（痰浊闭阻证）的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察心绞痛贴膏穴位贴敷治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效。材料与方法:将符合入选标准的80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛(中医辨证为痰浊闭阻证)随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组采用基础西药加心绞痛贴膏穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用基础西药加医用凡士林穴位贴敷治疗,2周为一疗程。1个疗程后观察两组患者临床症状,硝酸甘油用量及前后心电图、血脂的变化情况。结果:1.治疗后治疗组与对照组在胸痛、胸闷、心悸、气短、倦怠乏力方面较治疗前均有所改善,而治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2.治疗后治疗组心绞痛总效率为85%,硝酸甘油停减率为95%,心电图总有效率为90%,与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。3.治疗组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05),组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:心绞痛贴膏穴位贴敷治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效明显,且具有降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及升高高密度脂蛋白的调脂作用,可降低冠心病发病的危险因素,具有安全可靠、方法简便、作用迅速等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:Observe TieGao angina acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) applied the stable angina.Material and method:Will meet the criteria for 80 cases of coronary artery disease angina pectoris (stability of TCM differentiation is stagnant blood stasis syndrome) randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. One group 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases. Using basic medicine treatment group with acupuncture treatment applied TieGao angina treated by western medicine, acupuncture and medical vaseline foundation treatment applied for a period, two weeks. One after the observation, the clinical symptoms, nitroglycerin consumption and electrocardiogram, the changes of blood.Results:1. The treatment group and control group in the chest, bosom frowsty, palpitations, shortness of breath, languid is treated before, and improved treatment group was better than control effect, with significant differences between the two groups.2 The treatment group total efficiency for 85%, angina treated group nitroglycerin stop reduction rate of 95%, the total effective rate in treatment group was 90%, electrocardiogram was significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.05), the curative effect in treatment group than in control group.3 After the treatment group therapy and TG TC, hdl-c, LDL - C with significant difference compared before treatment (P < 0.05), there are significant differences between the groups compared (P < 0.05).Conclusion:TieGao angina acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) applied stable angina, and has the efficacy is obvious reducingTC、TG、LDL-Cand increase the lipid HDL-C effect, can reduce the risk factors for coronary artery disease, safe and reliable, simple and convenient method.更多还原
