高校多媒体教学的有效性研究

【摘要】 在现实需要和教育政策的双重引导下,多媒体教学作为一种新型的教学手段走进了高校课堂,在高校得到了广泛应用。多媒体教学有着传统教学无法比拟的优越性和先进性,多媒体教学是传统教学的继承和发展,在明确了多媒体教学和传统教学的有效性内涵之后,主要就高校多媒体教学有效性的评价依据对高校学生、教师、督导三类群体进行个人访谈,归纳出高校多媒体教学有效性评价存在三个问题:凭直观感觉,缺乏理论依据,缺乏科学指标,得出高校多媒体教学有效性具备直觉性、数据性、技术性三大特点。然后对高校多媒体教学有效性指标的理论基础进行了整理和探讨,进而提出了高校多媒体教学有效性指标体系的设想,在明确构建多媒体教学有效性指标体系的目的下,遵循一致性、方向性、整体性、独立性、可操作五个原则,选择以学生为主,教师为辅为评价模式,提出高校多媒体教学有效性的具体指标:多媒体课件具体指标、多媒体教学过程具体指标、多媒体教学效果指标,最后提出了多媒体教学有效性指标体系实施的建议,通过反馈调查和追踪评价两种形式进行评价。

【Abstract】 Under the dual guidance of practical needs and education policies, multimedia teaching has come to the in colleges and universities and has been widely used as a new means of teaching. Multimedia teaching has the superiority and advantage that the traditional teaching can not compare. It is the continuation and development of traditional teaching. After understanding the meaning of multimedia teaching and traditional teaching’s effectiveness, the individual interview has been made on 3 groups, college students, teacher and supervisor regarding the evaluation basis of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities. It concludes that there are 3 problems with evaluation of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities, these problems are subject feeling, lack of theoretical basis and lack of scientific basis, and got that the multimedia teaching in colleges and universities has 3 features of intuition, data and technology . Then this paper makes the organization and research on theoretical basis of index of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities , and puts forward the assumption of index system of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities, with the definite aim of constructing the index system of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities, follows the five principles of consistency, directivity, integrity, independence and operability, chooses the student first and teacher second as the evaluation model to raise the specific targets of multimedia teaching effectiveness in university: the specific targets of multimedia courseware and multimedia teaching process, the result indicators of multimedia teaching, finally it brings forward the implementation proposal of index system of multimedia teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities, and makes the assessment by the ways of feedback survey and tracking evaluation.
