电视台总编业务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 总编室是电视台所有频道节目播出、制作的发起者。总编室首先制定出每天要播出的节目单,并将该节目单通知给各节目制作系统,各制作系统根据该节目单的内容获取本系统需要制作的节目,利用本系统内的节目编辑制作工作站进行节目的制作。总编室节目单编排系统是为电视台总编室进行各频道节目编排而设计的。主要完成各频道的播出节目单编排,并为出版电视报提供节目单。总编室编排系统获取各节目的制作情况,制作完成的节目需要审查的调用审查模块对节目进行审查；审查通过的将节目发布到播出系统,没有通过的重新通知制作系统进行修改。通过网络化、数据化、智能化的手段,为电视台总编室的节目单编排/审核(含宣传片/广告/字幕的编排和审核)、备播节目的审查、电视剧管理、选题管理、磁带管理、应急上载/下载通道、消息发布交互管理、生产流程管理等业务提供先进的技术平台,满足台内总编业务相关需求。本文论及如何实现此系统应用并结合云南电视台实际情况,从电视台节目编排、节目审看、选题管理、电视剧管理以及节目磁带管理几个方面建立合理适用的网络系统平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 The editor-in-chief is television station all channel programs broadcasts and manufacture sponsor. The editor-in-chief first formulates the playbill which every day must broadcast, and this playbill notice to various program system, each manufacture system the program which needs to manufacture according to this playbill’s content gain system, uses in this system program edition to manufacture the workstation to carry on the manufacture of program.The editor-in-chief playbill arrangement system carries on various channels program to arrange for the television station editor-in-chief to design. Mainly completes various channels the broadcasting playbill arrangement, and to publish the television newspaper provides the playbill.The transfer examination module which editor-in-chief arrangement system gains various programs’ manufacture situation, the manufacture completes the program which needs to examine to the program to carry on the examination; Examination through issued the program broadcasts the system, not through informs the manufacture system to make the revision. Through the network, digitization and intellectualized method, for the television station editor-in-chief playbill arrangement of verification (including promotional film/advertisement/captions arrangement and verification), prepares broadcasts the examination and soap opera program to manage, the selected topic management and magnetic tape management, emergency to upload/downloads the channel and news to issue that interaction management and production process management and other services provided the advanced technology platform, meets in editor-in-chief service related need.How this article concerns realizes this system to apply and to unify the Yunnan television station actual situation, arranges, program to look over carefully, the selected topic management, the soap opera management as well as the program magnetic tape from the TV program manages several aspects to build the reasonable and suitable network system platform.更多还原
