兰溪发电厂输煤控制管理系统开发

【摘要】 现代火力发电厂已发展到超超临界机组,随着机组容量参数的不断扩大,伴随而来的是电厂对一次能源消耗量的急剧增加。在火电厂日常生产过程中,如果不能安全的保证燃煤进入锅炉焚烧系统,轻者发电系统减负荷少发电,重者系统停止发电,其造成的后果经济损失都将是难以估量的,因此如何对巨量煤炭实施安全、快捷、经济的输送、转移、存储,切实保障电厂有序经济的用煤,也成了各新建大容量火电厂辅助系统的一个重大课题,为此浙能兰溪电厂在基建过程中也同步进行了输煤控制管理系统的应用开发。本文针对兰溪发电厂输煤控制管理,分析了系统需求,包括系统的任务、目标、组成、控制要求、网络要求、实时监控要求及日常管理与安全要求等。对系统的整体结构、网络结构、硬件配置、控制系统软件等方面进行了设计,在此基础上利用第三方软件对部分典型模块进行了制作,从而开发一个合理安全高效可靠的输煤控制管理系统。文章最后还对整个工程的开发过程进行了总结并对未来的发展做了一些展望。文章在附录部分还对系统实现的部分人机界面进行了说明。兰溪电厂输煤控制管理系统的成功开发实现了燃煤输送、调配、采样、计量、保护等全过程的集约化、自动化控制,提高了系统的工作效率,减轻了运营人员的工作强度,使输煤系统管理水平上了一个台阶。

【Abstract】 The modern thermal power plant has developed to apply ultra-supercritical units, and with the growing parameters of the capacity of the units, energy consumption for one time increased dramatically. If the safety of transporting burning coal into boiler system can’t be guaranteed in the daily production process of thermal power plant, then the power system would generate less electricity or even stop generation. The economic loss in this case would be difficult to measure. How to transport, tansfer and store massive coal safly, efficiently and economically to ensure the power plants to use coal economically and orderly has become a major issue of auxiliary systems of new high-capacity thermal power plant. The control and management of the coal handling system was also carried out simultaneously by Zhe Neng Lanxi power plant in the infrastructure construction.The paper mainly takes analysis on system requirements of coal controlling and transporting management of Lanxi Power Plant, which including system tasks, objectives, compositions, control requirements, network requirements, real-time monitoring requirements, daily management and security requirements and so on. On the basis of the design of system overall structure, network structure, hardware configuration, control system software, etc., Lanxi Power Plant takes parts of typical modules production by taking advantage of third-party software. As a result, it develops a reasonable, safe, highly effective and reliable coal-transporting control management system. At last, the paper gives the summarization of the whole project performance history and forecasts to the future development. In the appendix, it states some of human-computer interface realized by this system.The Lanxi Power Plant successfully develops coal-transporting control management system, which realizes the intensive and automatic control of the whole process as: burning coal transportation, allocation, sampling, measurement and protection, etc. In this way, work efficiency is greatly improved. Operators’work intensity of work is lightened. Coal-transporting control management is enhanced to a new level.
