优化基层政府统计工作研究

【摘要】 统计工作是一项重要的基础工作,涉及到国民经济和社会生活的方方面面,发挥着对国民经济和社会发展情况进行统计调查、统计分析,提供统计资料和统计咨询意见,实行统计监督的重要职能。随着社会经济的发展,政府决策的科学化进程加快,政府对统计工作的认识提高,对统计工作的需求增大,对统计工作的职能更加重视,统计工作的重要性愈加凸现。基层统计工作是我国政府统计工作的基础,是统计数据的源头,是统计工作的基石。基层统计数据的质量直接影响着统计数据的质量,基层统计数据的准确与否直接关系到上级乃至国家统计数据的质量,因此对于基层统计工作的重视必须提高。虽然我国基层统计工作经过不断发展,不断改革,能够完成统计调查工作任务,完成统计分析和统计监督,为政府提供政策参考和有效的建议。但是,随着经济社会的不断发展,统计工作面临的形势越来越复杂、难度越来越大、任务越来越重,基层统计工作存在的问题也日益明显。基层统计工作中数据质量的问题,部门统计与政府综合统计间交叉重复,统计分析的职能弱化甚至缺失,统计工作受重视情况不容乐观,更为严重的是统计人员素质低,统计队伍急需加强建设。基层统计工作中的问题严重影响了统计工作职能的发挥,成为统计工作发展中的硬伤和障碍。鉴于上述情况,本文作者在翻阅相关资料,结合基层工作实际的基础上,撰写了本文。本文首先对撰写本论文的意义和当前相关问题的研究动向和文献综述进行了简要的介绍,在学习现有文献和阅读相关方面著作和文章的基础上,结合基层统计工作经验,以北京市门头沟区龙泉镇政府的统计工作为例子,从具体实例入手,深入进行研究和分析。本文系统阐述统计工作的现状和重要地位,介绍了基层统计工作的基本工作内容和方法,针对北京市门头沟区龙泉镇政府的统计工作进行深入研究。本文作者试图通过对具体个例的深入分析,结合自身工作经验,发现基层统计工作中存在的问题,进行归纳总结,并对于发现的问题进行根源的分析,深入挖掘问题的根源,试图寻找合理的解决方法和优化建议,以期为基层政府统计工作的优化提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

The grass-roots problems in the statistical work has seriously affected the functions of the statistical work to play, as in the development of statistical work flawed and obstacles.In view of the above, this author read the relevant data, combined with grass-roots level on the basis of actual work to write this article. In this paper, the meaning of the writing of this paper and current research on related issues and the literature review a brief introduction to the learning-related aspects of existing literature and reading books and articles, based on the combination of grass-roots experience in statistical work, to Beijing Mentougou District, Longquan town government statistical work, as an example, starting from concrete examples, in-depth research and analysis. This article systematically explained the statistical work of the status and importance, introduced the basic grass-roots level of statistical work and methods of work content for Mentougou District Longquan town government statistical work carried out in-depth study.
