【摘要】 道路交通属于公共事业范畴,是国民经济的基础性产业。大力发展和推进交通信息化,为提高交通管理水平以及充分挖掘和利用公共资源提供了条件,对于实现交通新的跨越式发展具有十分重要的意义,也是实现交通现代化的必然选择。本文通过对沈阳交通行业信息化建设发展的现状及主要问题进行分析,结合信息技术的发展和国内外交通信息化发展的总体趋势,进而根据沈阳交通事业发展的需要,分析信息技术在交通行业领域应用的发展趋势,从公共管理的角度提出沈阳交通信息化发展的一系列方案和措施：以构建完整统一的沈阳交通信息平台和通信信息网络,大力发展智能运输技术,达到决策科学化、办公自动化和经营管理现代化为总体目标,并为最终实现我市交通运输智能化、建成“数字化交通”奠定良好的基础,确定以发展交通信息网络基础设施建设、信息技术设施建设、智能交通运输系统、面向社会的信息服务等重点的行业信息化建设为主要内容,从而指导沈阳道路交通信息化管理,推动沈阳市道路交通事业发展,为社会提供更好的道路交通服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being part of public utility, road communications are basic industry in national economy. To adopt new information technology in administration of road communications can improve the administration level and prepare the ground of making full use of common resources, therefore it has vital meaning for developing communications by leaps and bounds, and is the only choice for modernization of communication.the paper, Through the analysis to the current situation of Shenyang traffic industry in the development of informatization, combining the development of information technology and the general trend of the development of informatization at home and abroad, then according to the need for the development of Shenyang traffic industry, analysising of the trend of the development of information technology in the field of transport industry, from the perspective of public management brings forward a series of programmes and measures on the development of Shenyang traffic informatization:The overall goal is to construct the unified Shenyang traffic information platform and the correspondence information network, to develop the intelligent transportation technology vigorously, to achieve "the policy-making scientific style, the office automation and the management modernization". And to establish the good foundation, will realize the Shenyang transportation intellectualization and "the digitized traffic" for the future. The main content in the transportation profession informatization aspect has determined that, to develop the infrastructure construction of transportation information network, the facility construction of information technology, the intelligence transportation system, information service for society and so on as the key point, to instruct informatization administration of Shenyang road communications in order to improve the development of road communications and offer better services to society.更多还原
