东大国际中心基坑工程优化与数值模拟

Optimization and Numerical Simulation of Foundation Pit Support Works about Dongda International Center

【摘要】 随着我国经济快速发展,城市建设规模不断扩大,开发利用城市地下空间是城市可持续发展和提高城市功能的必经之路,而基坑工程是进行地下空间开发的重要环节。基坑工程分为勘察、设计、施工三个阶段,内容涵盖勘测、基坑支护结构的设计和施工、地下水控制、基坑土方开挖和运输、基坑土体加固、基坑开挖过程中的工程监测和对周围环境的保护等。本文结合位于沈阳市区的东大国际中心基坑工程实际,本着安全、合理、经济的原则,针对该基坑工程的设计、施工存在问题进行了分析和研究,以过程优化为主导思想,通过对多名专家调研咨询所获得的结果,运用灰色理论对多个基坑方案进行分析及优选,确定选择多支点桩锚结构基坑支护方案,论文采用等值梁的静力学方法对确定的基坑支护方案进行了结构参数的计算和设计,并利用北京理正深基坑软件对该基坑工程进行土体的稳定性分析;在施工阶段,着重考虑基坑施工开挖顺序的时空效应、环境效应,选择确定了合理的开挖方式。FLAC是功能强大的岩土工程分析软件,适合数值模拟岩石、土或其它材料的非线性力学行为。本论文利用FLAC软件对东大国际中心基坑工程进行模拟开挖,分析了支护结构、地表、坑底位移变化过程,并考虑在不同单因素影响下和正交试验设计多因素影响情况下基坑围护桩水平位移的变化,得出一些重要结论,对基坑工程设计提供有益参考。

【Abstract】 As China’s rapid economic development, urban construction have been expanding. Development and utilization of urban underground space is the only way to maintain sustainable urban development and improve the functions of cities, and the foundation pit carried out underground space development is an important link.Foundation pit is divided into investigation, design, construction in three phases, covering the investigation, excavation support structure of the design and construction, ground water control, transportation and earth excavation pit, pit soil reinforcement, project monitoring and protection of the environment in the process of excavation. In this paper, with the urban areas of Shenyang city in the Dongda International Centre engineering, in a safe, reasonable, economic principles, analyse and study problems for the design, construction in foundation pit, to optimize the process-oriented thinking. In the design stage, through the study of more than expert advice received and grey system theory, select the fulcrum anchor pile structure to do structural design for pit support programme by using the static mechanical equivalent beam method, and Beijing Lizheng Deep Excavation Software is using for the stability of soil analysis; During the construction stage, consider the excavation pit on the order of the space-time effects, environmental effects, choose a reasonable manner to excavate soil in pit.FLAC is a powerful geotechnical engineering analysis software for numerical simulation of rock, soil or other material non-linear mechanical behavior. FLAC software used on Dongda International Center excavation works carried out mock excavation, analysis supporting structure, surface, the bottom displacement change process, and to consider the various factors under the influence of single-and multi-orthogonal experimental design factors influence the level displacement of pile foundation under the changes, draw some important conclusions and provide a useful reference on the design of foundation pit.
