基于WCDMA的无线视频采集传输系统研制

【摘要】 现行的视频采集传输系统是以网络视频服务器为代表的有线视频传输,但在复杂的地理环境中,有线网络视频传输受难于搭建、成本过高、建设周期过长等瓶颈约束,很难满足现实的需求。为实现复杂环境下的视频采集和传输,研制了基于WCDMA的无线视频采集传输系统。首先分析了现实对视频采集传输的需求,并在此基础上提出视频采集传输系统总体研制方案,然后根据总体方案研制系统硬件和软件。在系统研制中应用了MPEG-4视频编解码、可编程逻辑控制和WCDMA终端信号处理等技术,保证了视频传输的实时和有效。首先介绍了本课题的应用背景,并简要概括了论文主要内容,接着在分析需求的基础上提出了系统总体方案,并简要介绍了方案中应用的技术。然后根据总体方案,提出了系统的硬件电路,设计并实现了系统视频采集和视频传输电路,接着在系统硬件研制的基础上,提出系统软件结构并实现了系统视频采集、视频传输和客户端监控软件。最后对全文进行了总结,指出系统的优点与不足,并对课题的应用前景做了展望。与有线视频监控相比,基于WCDMA的无线视频传输系统更具有灵活、便捷、可移动、低成本等优点。随着3G技术的成熟及3G牌照的下发,该系统将在有线网络视频传输难以覆盖的领域充分发挥作用。

【Abstract】 The current video transmission system which is represented by the television network supervisory control system is limited by some disadvantages, such as complexity of building in complicated geography environment. To achieve a perfect solution of the above problem, the wireless video acquisition and transmission system based on WCDMA are designed. And the wideband CDMA (WCDMA) has been widely accepted as one of the air interfaces of the third generation (3G) mobile system.The architecture of the video acquisition and transmission system after analyzing the current requirement for video transmission is investigated. And therefore, the MPEG-4 technology, complicated programmable logic device (CPLD) technology and the WCDMA mobile terminal technology are applied to achieve the required performance. And the application and developing of the system are introduced in detail. First, the development of the video transmission system and the application are described. And then the system composition are proposed, then several technology employed in the designing are introduced. After that, the hardware of the video acquisition part and the WCDMA-based transmission part whose Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is presented at the end are designed and developed. And corresponding, the software which includes the CPLD software, the Microcontroller software, the WCDMA terminal software stack, and the monitor software run on the remote monitor are designed. At last, the disadvantages and merging problems in system developing are described. And therefore, the reasonable solutions are proposed.Compared with the cable video transmission system, the wireless one is more flexible and mobile. With the development of 3G mobile communication in china, the wireless video acquisition and WCDMA-Based transmission system can be an effective solution to provide video service in surveillance applications.
