【摘要】 中国青年志愿者行动是伴随着我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的进程而诞生的,在党中央的亲切关怀下,这项活动发展十分迅速,在服务社会、教育青年、促进发展等方面发挥了积极作用,成为动员广大青年广泛参与群众性精神文明建设的载体。本文的目的在于从公共管理的角度深入分析我国青年志愿者管理的现状,从多个角度剖析我国现阶段青年志愿者管理存在的问题,结合我国的实际情况,提出有助于加强我国青年志愿者管理的对策,能够为做好青年志愿者管理工作提供理论指导和实践探索。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分绪论。简要的介绍了本文选题的背景目的及意义、文献综述、论文的研究方法和创新点；第二部分青年志愿者及青年志愿者管理的概述。阐述了志愿者、青年志愿者以及青年志愿者管理的概念、青年志愿者与青年志愿者行动的由来、我国青年志愿者行动的社会功能等内容；第三部分析了我国青年志愿者管理的现存问题和原因；第四部分提出了完善我国青年志愿者管理的初步构想；第五部分总结全文。更多还原
